My friend and I were looking for a gym and the day we visited, the worker had told me it was $50 per person per month, but adding a guest would be $20 per month and a third guest would be $10 per month. So, we thought it was a good deal and signed up, but the next day they called me to say that it was $50 per month per person flat. I asked for a refund and they said I could come in to process my refund, but when I came in they told me that I couldn't receive one. I finally talked to a manager and they only refunded me the $20 for my friend. Overall, the gym has a lot of equipment and certain machines I liked such as the shoulder press and the lat pulldown machine but just know if you sign up for the gym, it's $50 flat rate per person. Because of that sort of shady experience when registering, I personally would not come back for a gym membership.

If you are looking for a cool oldskool metal weights vibe, then look no further. This is the place to be. Great atmosphere, strength training on the first floor and cardio equipment on the second. Gym owner is a really friendly guy.

Do not go here for a tan. This place is a joke... we called to ask if we needed an appointment for tanning and the girl on the phone said no walk-ins are welcome now.
About 45 minutes to get there, the two girls proceed to tell us we can not get a tan because they "think" the tanner is down. We ask if they could check and they would not. Poor customer service!!!
They definitely need to communicate with their customers and employees👎👎

Two-story gym with plenty of equipment, free-weights, dance studios, boxing area and tanning rooms.
Free Daycare available with membership.(must be 3months-12years of age to attend daycare)
Well kept and sanitation stations are provided.
Memberships are about $30 per month or you can pay $10 for a day pass (includes all gym services)

(They do work on the water fountains often, so I would recommend bringing a water bottle just in case. Water can also be purchased at the vending machines provided)

Tried the self-tanning booth. It doesn't seem like it gets much use and didn't work that well. The staff was helpful although didn't seem to understand how to use the equipment

A nice gym but it’s time to start upgrading some of the equipment.some machines are old and don’t function as good as the new modern equipment. I also noticed one of the men’s bathroom doors don’t lock and some of the treadmill televisions don’t work. I only say this to help.

They have daily rates for people who are from out of town, and the staff is great. The gym has just about everything I need for strength; preacher bench, deadlift/squat rack, smith machine, incline bench, decline bench, cables, and they also have bikes, elliptical, and treadmill, heavy bag, a track, etc.

Lately it just seems like they don't keep up with it. Restrooms stink and aren't clean. Some machines are old.
They've been doing some remodeling such as replacing carpet with flooring so I guess that's good except a lot of the equipment is all piled up in different areas at different times. The good: it's big with a lot of equipment, it's a 2 story gym with a track on the second floor. Offers spinning, and other classes such as yoga.
