Traveling in town for a few days and what a great gym! Hospitality from Victor at the front desk to the regulars who showed us around, everyone was very chill and so kind. Great home gym with a surprising size and very well stocked! Exceded our expectations and will definitely use again anytime we're in town!

We are only here for 3 months but have been here twice a week. This is a no frills old school gym. Not a ton of equipment, but plenty to hit everything you need, lots of dumbells and a variety of barbells. The owner is very friendly and is working on improvements.

Love this gym. Wish I had hammer strength and flex fitness commercial equipment at my gym in my gym in San Antonio. If you come here from chain commercial gym you'll notice these bars and dumbbells are just a tad heavier, guess 45 pounds is not created equal...

I was greeted by Angel as soon as I walked through the door. She gave me a tour. It was clean and as someone who has not been to a gym in thirty years i felt welcome and comfortable. I chose this gym because they accept Silver Sneakers and have adult group classes. The one I attended today was an excellent workout for someone out of shape. I will be going back for additional classes and to use the many resistance machines they have.

Usually busy, but like any other gym that's expected. They don't really have they own parking lot, they share it along with the rest of the plaza. Staff were nice and helpful.

The trainer's are just gym freaks with no real education under their belts for those that want a healthy lifestyle change due to age/illnesses. The trainer was pushy about exercises to be performed by an 80 yr old woman with multiple health conditions that he obviously knew nothing about, and he showed her how to do them one time and felt that was all she should have been shown, heaven forbid this poor lady couldn't remember them all let alone do them all. He could have seriously injured her if not caused her to die especially considering her heart condition. Not one trainer who was there had been to school or was licensed as a trainer. I don't understand why a massage therapist has to be nationally certified out here to rub on a body, but you need no certifications to alter a body through exercise...

My wife and I have been members on and off for over ten years. Elite Muscle is not a "here then gone Gym" like you hear about these days. Aaron has been the owner from the start and he is certified! Always concerned with cleanliness and safety. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
