Most awful gym one could join! after so long we left, you would think as many people as were paying for memberships this place would be a good gym but not the case, the equipment was always out of order it was never cleaned and bathrooms were nasty noone was ever available to talk to unless you were making a payment and even then they weren't the ones responsible to talk to about the gym, but they could take your money.

24/7 access works well with my crazy schedule. they have all the equipment i need and a nice studio gym for me to do my other workouts. i've been a member for quite a bit and have never had any issues. Just come through and i'm sure you'll see why i've been a member so long.

Great place to go workout. Just like having a personal gym at home but actually working out. It’s so hard to workout at home when I have a couch in the next room. Lol!!! I would recommend to anyone who wants to workout without worrying about other people judging you for how much you can lift or the way you look. Love this gym.

Gym Lous is a perfect gym to go to for all your workout needs. Its never crowded and i've never had to wait to use equipment. I love the fact that it is a 24 hour gym so i can go whenever i am free. When i signed up Tayler was super helpful and explained how my membership works and then gave me a tour of the gym! Thank you again Tayler! The other staff members at the gym were so happy and excited to welcome me as a new member!! I also like how i can tan there and its FREE! WHAT?! this is insane and i cant wait to get my gym body with a tan now!!

The cameras do not work. The employees will accuse you of theft with zero proof. Do not support Capacity Builders or Gym Lous. Tayler Atencio Hampton and Camille Cardon are responsible for me cancelling. Camille is extremely rude to members. Tayler is the HR manager that will cuss and make false accusations on Facebook. Plus the gym is dirty. Toilet always clogged. Take your money elsewhere. There are way better gyms in Farmington with more classes and nicer employees.

I came in to inquire about a pass. The attendant wasn’t informed of the online promotion. She looked it up and complained about it as she did. Then after discovering the promotion complained about giving it to me. After all that I got into the dark, gloomy and mildly dirty gym. It’s relatively basic. I didn’t see a ton of things for legs and some of the equipment is warn down. I trained for 20 minutes before I made my way to another gym. Needless to say there are better gyms near by. The only way I could see this being your choice is if it was close to your home. But there is a nicer 24 gym just three minutes down the road.

They overcharged my bank card and informed me that there was no record of the charge, even with my bank statement as proof.
The manger was rude, hateful and disrespectful. She informed me that it was my problem.

Talked to Byron and he explained he would be able to help me out at a certain time. He never showed up, pretty upsetting as I come through here twice a month. If you commit to something, especially early in the morning, don’t waste the person time if you won’t even show up

We just went the to meet for the ice lake hike. But the prices seem reasonable and they have 24hour exercise. Where you get your own key and exercise on your time. I was also told there is one shower for each side so if there's alot of people there might be a line for shower.

Don't waste your money or your time going there the gym is not clean. I went and I was supposed to only get a membership for a month and they continually charged my debit card when I went over there and told him what was wrong they told me there was nothing they can do about it so I got charge for two months and I never used.will never ever ever go back! Horrible service. The lady at the front desk is very rude.

Good gym for only $40 per month. A little disappointed in the scheduling of their fitness classes. Love the classes, but have been there twice to find no class and nothing posted in regards to the cancellation. It is a 24 hour gym with tanning beds included in the monthly membership.
