Absolutely love this gym, the whole atmosphere is awesome. The instructor is the best, and the classes offered are just what I needed. I was welcomed in from the very first class and have been steady ever since. Highly recommend trying it out if you need a little guidance or even if you're good on your own. 🖤🩷

I love the atmosphere here and the flexibility to work out with intention. I love the 8 week weightlifting program. Elizabeth is very helpful with questions about how to do the exercises.
My son (12yo) loves training with Elizabeth! He takes part in the athletic training program and he looks forward to the days he goes to train.

Well if u havent heard of this place, let me tell Hammer Forged has been one of the most amazing places to ever open in raton, not only does coach Elizabeth do personal training for anyone that is trying to get back into fitness starting ur fitness journey or recover from an injury like she did with my daughter but all her amazing classes she has to offer are truly a blessing if you are shy or insecure, don't worry Liz automatically makes u feel welcomed and genuinely listens to your hopes and wishes on your fitness journey she will be there with you every step of the way.

Elizabeth She has been training my kiddo for the past 2 years. When i spoke to her i asked about joining her Athletics class she said since my daughter was recovering they should do one on one training to get my kid back to understand her body from major surgery. Liz is motivating, encouraging, and caring. She takes time to listen to her and understand that this is a process nothing will come easy Liz understands that my kid will get frustrated with herself she just keeps encouraging her Liz also works arounds my kids crazy school, sport schedule writes my daughter her own personal workout plan for home knows when to push her and help her understand the end goal is her ACL and Meniscus recovery. My daughter feels so comfortable working out there and feels so good about herself after her workout with Liz I couldn't have asked for a better trainer for my girl

I highly recommend Hammer Forged Athletics to anyone looking for a great training place great equipment and healthy snacks very professional 10/10 this is the place to be!

I loved working out at Elizabeth's gym! She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. She designed an 8 week program. I came in and worked out , she took the guess work out of it which is what I needed. I always felt comfortable there! Great gym!

Elizabeth (owner) is amazing. She has been training my daughter for the past 2 years. She is motivating, encouraging, and caring. She takes time to write my daughter her own personal workout plan. There is a variety of workout equipment. This is a judgement free zone. My daughter feels so comfortable working out there. We recently spent 10 days visiting family and needed a place to train while we were in town. The top recommendation was Hammer Forged and it lived up to every feature advertised. Liz, owner was definitely the main attraction as she is very passionate & qualified fitness trainer able to customize everyone’s fitness plan to improve your health. Free weights, machines, classes, cardio equipment & space made for a very inviting place to train.

I highly recommend making Hammer Forged part of your routine if you are local and we will make sure it’s our training spot during our future visits of family.

First, I wanna say that this place is not only super inviting, it is clean and bright. The entire place has a welcoming energy about it that keeps you. You walk in and are instantly greeted with this vibe that immediately makes you wanna stay. Place has sooooo much space that you feel good working out and not so claustrophobic as other places. What makes this place out of this world (true statement), is it's amazing owner. Elizabeth is the owner, coach, motivator, and reason a person wants to come back over and over again. She tends to be way different than anyone I have ever met. I asked a few people I know to join us at a class we took with her and they also noticed the driving force that Elizabeth has. It seems to emote so positively that you really have fun, and feel so excited to be there. She gets in the grit with you. Not, just an instructor but a work out partner. Someone who works out with you. Her energy keeps you going, makes you want to reach the next milestone. If you enjoy working out, if you need to start but just haven't, if you are shy or insecure, don't worry. You need to walk through the door. You will immediately see what the hype on this place is about. Not only are you with someone who cares about your health and wellness genuinely, but you are with someone who is with you every step of the way. Give her a call or better yet stop and visit the place, you will be happy you did. Take it from me, who better to help you then a person who is also the community health and wellness advocate. This is a great athletic center! I always feel very welcome and comfortable working out here. There are many different classes and programs that they offer and they even have a nutrition bar so you can grab a healthy snack on the way out! I would highly recommend this place!
