Called multiple times no one answers and there's no voicemail to leave a message to have someone call me back. No big deal right? Well I head to the gym to see if I can just talk to somebody in person, nope. On their door it tells you to call the number and you can only be let in by appointment. So I call the number one more time. Again, no one answers. I was tempted to ask my questions to the people coming in and out of the gym but that's not their job. 3 stars for the 24 hour prospect and security tho.

The best gym in Belen. The price is unbeatable for a 24/7 facility. Management does well at maintaining the equipment and replacing parts in a timely fashion. My only qualm is that the keypad at the entrance is often error coded out. I don’t enjoy getting up at 4 am and driving down to the gym only to realize I can’t get inside. Management is very responsive about getting it back online.

My 16 year old is not able to sign up and go to the gym with me due to other young students who did not comply with policy of gym. I have attempted to sign him up for several months but my son is discriminated against due to others actions. Unfair and unjust. I pay my dues every month and consider myself a quality member! Very upsetting. Punish those who deserve punishment. I stay because I love my trainer nothing more!

Yet there are several under 17 year olds I see daily at the gym.

Very nice gym, but extremely unprofessional and rude management. Bought a membership and used it for a total of 12 days because I was heading back to college. Canceled it because I was moving 12 days after purchased. I was then charged for another month because “I didn’t give management a 30 days notice.” Called the gym to try to get the situation fixed, but management was no help. They kept claiming that I didn’t give them enough time to cancel. I no longer live in Belen so I could no longer use the gym, so I described that to management and they said “well we didn’t stop you from coming in!” I would not recommend this to anyone that is looking for a short term gym because it just seemed to bring up a lot of problems when trying to cancel the membership. Management was very rude, raised their voice and tried to prove that I was wrong. Very unprofessional!

It's an okay gym. Personally there's not enough 45s to go around the weights are all mixed matched. But most importantly none or the machines/racks are bolted down. While I was squatting the squat rack tipped forward on me. extremely unsafe. But like i said its ok but doesent meet my needs as a powerlifter.

The manager went above and beyond what was expected. He showed up late to help me with membership issues in a pinch, fast and easy signup, very likeable and personable people all around. I WILL be coming to this gym only my next visit to NM. Best gym in Belen for sure!

This place is the best 24 hour gym in Belen. The guy below must work or know someone from snap fitness to say such horrible things, because his review is irrelevant. Hardkor fitness has the best staff, very friendly and caring. They just remodeled, all new improved equipment, etc. Very affordable price here at hardkor. My husband has been going here since they have opened practically and I love it too. Go check it out for yourself. Don't just go by someone's word like the man below go see for yourself. Nothing like the man described below. Quality 24 hour gym for sure!
