I had a juicy Buti yoga class with Electra. What makes a Buti class is the music and the moves, she had both!
Loved the space. Its one of those studios that just feels right.

Sadly run by a lying, exploitative, capitalistic sociopath.

Dropped in for a Hip-focused flow with Tamara on Tuesday. We loved the space, her energy, and the tailored cues we got throughout class. It was the perfect restorative class after a day of skiing. Weβll definitely practice at Seco when we come back to Taos!
FYI - Seco has mats, blocks, straps, and cushions if you need them. Super convenient for travelers that donβt usually carry (or forget) their mats.

I really enjoyed the calm, relaxed atmosphere that I encountered in the studio. I loved the gentle piano music that Liz chose to accompany the class. The instructions were clear and unhurried and the hour flew by. The restorative class was just what I needed. I will return.

I'm new to yoga and have enjoyed every class that's available through Seco Yoga. The monthly pass has been one of my most utilized and enjoyed subscriptions of any type... it's right there with any season pass I've purchased for skiing and presents a totally unique dynamic of physical and mental learning. It has made for a great balancing act in daily life.

Seco Yoga is an absolutely amazing studio. I would recommend taking a class, even if you are just visiting Taos !!! The instructors are kind, clear, and accommodating. The website is super easy to use and all the classes are diverse/well organized. My favorite part about this studio is the community atmosphere! Everyone says hello and introduces themselves- I just started attending classes regularly, and Iβve already met some amazing friends.

I've attended Seco Yoga for a few months now and I can't say enough good things. As a guy who generally doesn't pay much attention to how tight, sore, or stressed I am- going to Liz's Yin classes regularly has opened my eyes to what a well-led practice can do for ones wellbeing. Awesome environment, great teacher, relaxing practice.

I have been taking Liz's classes for the past year and a half, and her instruction has helped me in so many ways. I'm always learning new poses/techniques, and also learning new things about "old" poses. She teaches a deep respect for the body and always seems to help people really get what they need despite injuries, tightness, or experience level. What really amazes me is how she can teach everything from super relaxing yin classes and beginner flows to power flows and workouts. Her ability to combine knowledge and intuition makes her classes effective, fun, and both physically & mentally rewarding.
