Kokopilates wants to help remedy your back pain, tight muscles, and stiff joints. If your body needs some love and attention due to your occupation or simply not spending enough time exercising, you can benefit by simply moving your body on Pilates equipment. When done on a regular basis, you'll be strengthening core muscles, increasing mobility, and improving balance and posture. Practicing Pilates 2-3 days a week can help move you towards a pain free body.
We offer private and semi-private sessions, and small group classes.

Theresa is a wonderful instructor with an immaculate studio with a variety of equipment. Her classes are enjoyable as well as beneficial, teaching basic moves of stretching, balance and core strength. As a "senior citizen", the benefits of Pilates are numerous, and I will continue classes in order to maintain agility, strength and mobility. I recommend Kokopilates to anyone who wishes to "keep moving"!

I have studied with Theresa/KokoPilates for many years. Pilates simply works for me. Theresa is very patient explaining the moves. The studio is welcoming. I always feel safe. I enjoy the wide variety of equipment that is available for the classes. Each class I learn something new. I liken the results to a cotton sweater. Pre Pilates my “sweater” was worn, elbows sagging, neck out of shape, hem uneven. Now my “sweater” is new with tight threads that hold shape and snap back quickly.

Theresa Wilson at Kokopilates amounts to SO many of "all the kings horses and all the kings men (and body workers)" who keep my life and body put "together again." I have a very challenging genetic joint disorder with dysautonomia, and I have significantly improved my core stability and stamina, and lowered pain levels since beginning my work with Theresa. She accommodates my limitations, which change weekly. She's magical. I can't recommended her training enough.

I've been going to Kokopilates for about 4 months and have tried just about all the classes, each type of class offers something different. Theresa is a fabulous instructor who uses her vast experience to make classes safe and effective. I can tell my core is getting stronger and I'm sitting and standing taller! The studio is spacious and comfortable, with very easy parking!
