Amazing experience, if you’ve never been you should try a class!! Sound healing, silks, & infrared sauna are offered in various classes/bookings & Meghan’s monthly Ayurvedic wellness spa party can easily help you drop into relaxation for the days ahead 😌 so grateful for finding this space!

Mindful Movement & Wellness in Albuquerque, NM, is an absolute gem! As a local businesswoman and mom of a toddler, supporting incredible women-owned businesses is super important to me, and Mindful Movement & Wellness truly stands out.

My friend had been raving about this place for years, and I finally took the plunge and signed up for their month trial. WOW, I am so glad I did! It’s been over two months of consistently attending classes, and I only wish I had joined sooner.

The variety of classes is phenomenal—from restorative yoga and aerial yoga to kickboxing and Buti MVMNT, and so much more. The range of workout equipment is top-notch, making classes like boot camp and aerial yoga easily accessible and a blast to participate in. I love the perfect balance of calming, slower-paced classes and high-energy workouts. As a busy mom, finding a moment to myself is tough, but here, they encourage you to honor your body and mind, giving you the self-love you deserve.

One of my favorite details is that the kickboxing bags are pink—such a fun and empowering touch that makes the workouts even more exciting!

Meghan, the owner, has created an incredible community of women. She’s built a magical, safe, and inclusive space where everyone feels like they truly belong. Meghan welcomes each member with open arms and a kind heart. The monthly activities she plans are AMAZING, and the online Facebook group is so much fun, keeping the community accountable and motivated.

Every instructor at the studio—Kim, Chloe, Megan, Karina, Erin, and Emily—is knowledgeable, kind, and brings a unique energy to their classes. They put you in the best mental headspace ever, making every session a highlight of my day.

I can’t express enough how much I love Mindful Movement & Wellness and the huge impact it has had on my physical and mental health. Staying consistent with workouts is easy because the classes are so engaging, enjoyable, and motivating. I can confidently say that becoming a member is 100% worth the investment. This studio is a game-changer, and I am beyond grateful for the positive changes it has brought into my life.

The instructor Megan (Buti class ) is so wonderful, one the instructors there, Kimberly , was also taking the same class as me, both of them are such great soul and I instantly feel welcomed when I walked in there my first time. I am from out of town and doing the drop in. The classmates are all very friendly and nice.
Buti class taught by Megan is one of the best classes I have taken and I take classes worldwide, that says a lot of this class. The studio is very charming.
I do recommend this studio and hopefully can visit next time when I am in ABQ.

I’ve been to quite a few yoga classes around the world and US and this is by far the most inviting and least judgmental. If you want a safe space this is it. If you are a beginner or advanced- this is it. I always am glad when I’ve spent time at this studio. ❤️

I love this place. It’s decorated beautifully. There are a variety of classes with sauna options. I tried the Butti and Aerial yoga last week. I loved them both! It was challenging and fun. Meghan is the best.

I joined the studio to start getting back into shape after having my first child. There are a variety of classes from cardio and kettle bells to kickboxing or yoga, ranging from early mornings to evening so it’s guaranteed to work with your busy schedule. The best part is that I can take my baby with me to work out and it’s an all women studio so I don’t feel self-conscious. The instructors are super friendly and the owner creates a great sense of community. I literally look forward every day to my classes and it has become part of my daily routine for me and my baby! I highly recommend studio, drop on in for a class!

Where can a busy mom go to get a good workout with a side of inner peace? Mindful is the place! When I joined a couple of years ago, I expected to improve my physical fitness and health. What I didn’t expect was to find a beautiful community of support and strength. Mindful really is like a family. The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging.
Members do not need to scramble to find childcare. I love that my kids are not only allowed, but welcomed by the instructors. They truly understand the needs of moms.
The instructors are all so good at what they do and are endlessly helpful with modifications. This is a place where anyone of any level of fitness could come and feel at home. Meghan, the owner and founder, is an incredible human and has really created a special place for women in Albuquerque.

I’ve had the best experience at mindful movement and wellness! The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have a variety of classes that are suitable for any beginners, intermediate or advanced. (My fav is BUTI yoga)!
If you don’t want to gain a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically, then you might not want to come here! You’ll always leave smiling and fit! :D

This yoga studio is just amazing! They have so many class offerings all through the week! Having some classes that I can have my kids at is helpful for busy mom life, and others with no kids so I can get my zen on is so appreciated.
My 2 favorite classes are the aerial yoga and restorative yoga classes, I highly recommend them! I have tried a lot of the others and am working to get them into my routine!
Also their new studio is just a beautiful space! Definitely come check it out.

First time experience w yoga..not just yoga, Mindful Movement Wellness Yoga ! There r several classes from before sunrise to sunset. Variations of body Yoga. Such as Buti for the postierer, from light to full strength Yoga. Run, kickboxing, hanging in the air, yes hanging in the air yoga..Must experience Mindful Movement Yoga!! Reasonable price per class as well as 1st 10 classes FREE !!! So that u r able to experience each class to find the Right one for u..or a few. Highly recommend Experiencing for A New Novel in Life..or just to Make U Feel GREAT !! Location right off of Paseo del Norte and San Pedro.
