Nora Hansa Yoga offers Yoga for everyone. Donβt be afraid to come and try your first Yoga class or come to deepen your practice. Our class focuses on both strength, Yang, and quieting down and calming down our nervous system, Yin. Come join us for class and you will be sure to enjoy it and gain new outer & inner strengths. Working with Nora is an absolute joy for me. The things I love about her: She works hard to build a completely inclusive class in all sense of the word. She nurtures a warm and caring community space. All of the sets are built and taught progressively so absolutely anyone can get the full benefit of each pose, of any body size and temperament. It's obvious that her background gives her a deep and intricate sense of body mechanics that allows her to expertly build the sequences. I always discover new movement I didn't think I was capable of in each class! Highly recommend. I can also freely say she is hands down the best yoga instructor I've ever had.

As an fitness professional of 30 years, who has led yoga for over 10 including chair senior yoga, I can say Nora is a FANTASTIC yoga instructor. Knowledgeable of the human body, and the ability to make modifications based on your body, and personal limitations. Highly recommend!!

I look forward to Nora's class each week. So energizing and so relaxing. I feel great when I leave class. She has a great way of building up to more strenuous poses and then she incorporates yin yoga to balance everything. Nora is very knowledgeable and each class is different. Her classes are very accessible and she is exceptionally welcoming.

Nora's class is amazing. She is very thoughtful teacher--her classes are always well-planned--each pose is part of a progression. I can hear in her guidance her experience with Iyengar teaching. But she is also warm and friendly--delightful really!-- and creates a comfortable space where students feel welcomed and part of the group. She gives a lot! No matter how I feel at the beginning of class, I feel restored and revived by the end. Thank you Nora!

Nora is such a great instructor- we have a wonderful tiny community that I look forward to being a part of weekly - it is a part of my routine every Tuesday and Thursday when I am not traveling. An awesome yoga practice! Nora has a deep knowledge of Yoga with a focus on Yin practice. The deep stretching and breathing exercises invigorate my soul and settle my mind. The space is quiet, very welcoming and accommodates all levels of yogis. I have been practicing yoga for over 6 years and have tried many studios all over the US and in Mexico. Nora's practice is definitely in the top 5 that I have been to.
