Abbie Heller's Pilates class will increase your strength and balance. The participants set goals for themselves and she will provide differentiated instruction to meet individual needs. Abbie's effective instruction includes analogies to increase your understanding of the various exercises. The price is reasonable. I suggest that you give it a try.

Being on the other side of 50, I was looking for a class to help with strength and flexibility.
My friend Brooke suggested that I take Pilates Progression classes with Abbie Heller. I'm so happy that I found this class. Each class is different, so you do different work outs week to week.
Abbie is also very helpful in teaching you moves that you may not know, or are having trouble with. Give her class a chance, you won't be disappointed

I love the classes given by Abbie. She is able to give individual instruction based on each individual person. She helped me to understand that every body is different and something that may be easy for me, can be difficult for someone else. That said, something that is a breeze for someone else may be very difficult for me. It is helping to build my core muscles as well as flexibility.
