I always go to this Planet Fitness on Golf Course Rd. The place is always super clean and the staff is always welcoming, helpful and kind. I usually go in the evenings and Neeko is working and he always just makes my day with his kind and wonderful personality. I really recommend this location.

As a truck driver, I've been to a lot of Planet Fitnesses all over the country; this one is the #1 WORST gym I've ever been to. They are short so much equipment, dumbbells, and the ones they do have are out of order; the water fountains are out of order, and the bathrooms were disgusting. It's the worse gym of all gyms, not just Planet Fitness.

My planet fitness location on Irving in Albuquerque is flawless. Every staff member is inviting, friendly, and the establishment is pristine always. Over multiple visits, I've observed a consistent pattern of troubling behavior from the assistant manager Jordan. He displays a noticeable rudeness towards the female staff, often coupled with misogynistic tendencies and underhanded insults that are both unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, his passive-aggressive attitude towards members creates an unpleasant environment. The company needs to hire someone more mature who treats people like they're actually people.

I hate what they’ve done with the place! Men claiming to be women can go into the women’s locker room. Earplugs are a must! The Planet Fitness chain plays their music too loudly. It is the worst music in the world , played way so loud you can hear it over your own music. Lots of too close together cardiovascular equipment to use while you watch the club selection of satellite television channels if they are working , so no audio, The lighting is awful. Screens are angled in a way that reflects the ceiling lights. No more hairstylist for some reason . Low cost hair cuts use to offset the lackluster service.

Judgment Free Zone my abs! Apparently drinking straight from the water fountain is now being inconsiderate to others. Bringing a one gal jug of water is a No, no. That lunk alarm. . Yeah I would say that is a judgement statement. Oh and my military pants, that's not acceptable to work out in. When these pants are worn while climbing walls, climbing ropes, mud pits, pull-ups, push-ups and more. So what part is Judgement Free.

I like this PF location. They have their equipment laid out in the perfect order for a great workout rotation. It’s never too crowded when I go on the weekdays lunchtime. Equipment is in good shape and it’s super clean.

Planet fitness in general might not have all the best equipment (free weight is often lacking) but you can get in well above average shape in any way your goals are set. Planet Fitness has over 5,000 locations across the U.S. which for me is the main reason I have a black card, I love to travel. This planet fitness is the best one in New Mexico. The staff are friendly, they have a better selections of machines and they are 24 hours 5 days a week.

After having an absolutely horrible experience at another location just miles away, we were ECSTATIC to find this place. This is the kinda place you wanna pump it, tan it, relax it and shower it up.

1) Friendly staff. Always willing to lend helpful tips on the local area and always with smiles!
2) Relatively clean bathrooms. Definitely not a sorority house bathroom but certainly nothing like the bathroom at your gay friends house who has OCD. Picture a bathroom in a home with working parents and a kid or two.
3) Plenty of machines!
4) Tanning and massage here too. Not a ton of this equipment but definitely sufficient.

Oh my. Where to begin. Bc of this particular gym I will never join again. I travel. I lost my bank card a month later after joining Albuquerque location. They required me to travel to NM to change my card info. I was in Nevada at the time. While in AZ I tried to transfer my acct but no go. I sent a letter to cancel. They said they didn’t receive my letter. Yea right! I had to send a certified letter costing $8. Even with that, they held my letter until they could charge me more money. No. I will never use Planet Fitness again. What a lousy business model. Who uses snail mail to cancel a membership. Planet Fitness does! Imagine canceling your auto insurance or Amazon Prime or an Apple subscription using snail mail. Ridiculous. Bye Planet. Get into the honest lane or all of us travelers will drop you like a hot potato. And BTW I run a successful YouTube channel about travel. My followers know what you did. 😉

This is my home gym and I love it! The people up front are super nice and always willing to help. The Trainer is phenomenal! Kind, respectful and knowledgeable. There is never a time when you will feel like he is bored or unwilling to help. He is really great at looking at your body situation and help you with great exercises that will help you. The gym itself is kept up as well.

It's a gym. If you seen one, you seem them all. One thing I do wish , is that the staff would show you all if what the black card membership holds. They should be able to tell if you are a new member or not, when you scan in. The staff is friendly. Just greeting people when they come in. If you are worried about Covid, they are practicing the covid criteria. It's best to go in the early morning.

This gym used to be really chill, now it's completely overcrowded most peak hours, there's always multiple broken equipment, the no gymtimidation thing is non existent, (people wear whatever) always the regulars taking up a single piece equipment for hours (smith machine) barely working out, mostly talking to the other regulars, it's just hard to get a good work out in here unless you want to just run on one of the 50 treadmills.

For some reason had never been in a planet fitness before. My mother asked if I want to go with her so I decided to go to support her efforts of being active. Was blown away. Was able to get in free as a guest with her membership, they have ALL of the equipment you need. Plenty of treadmills with Plenty of TVs covering ALL channels for you to watch. And they also have a hydro massage tables that you can use as well! I also found out that they do hair cuts too?!?!? Really enjoyed my first experience and plan on going back here and there.
