I'll be honest, I'm especially a fan of the price- I absolutely cannot beat it, even with the annual fee added in. Beyond that however, you guys have an excellent selection of high quality machines/equipment and friendly staff. When I had left a prior local gym, I was grandfathered into an older account at $37 a month. I asked if I could suspend my account due to not being able to make use of my membership (busy time of year vocationally), but I was turned down. I cancelled, they warned me the "favorable" rate wouldn't be available if I reapply. Then I found Planet Fitness and can get nearly four months for the price of one month at the "favorable" rate I was paying before.

The new crew is amazing! The morning crew is so friendly, on time, and very helpful. There is an annual fee so just be aware of that if you do not read the fine print. This planet fitness beats Albuquerque's planet fitness. The environment is clean, showers, restrooms, and massagers are working an leather is in great shape. I always see the staff mopping an making rounds in the lockers rooms. Also the cleaning spray bottles are always full to clean after I use the fitness equipment for the next person. I have returned back to planet fitness after time at another gym. I left planet because it became extremely dirty. Ashley the general manager is very rude and unprofessional. She talks bad about her staff out loud at the front desk as people are checking in and walking by. Also Makes gym members feel embarrassed because she yells out there information in front of other gym members checking in. When confronted about it she says sorry you feel that way. Ashely takes no responsibility for her mistake.

I’ve been part of this great place for a long time now. However, the reason I am writing this review is because, besides all the good, there’s been quite a few times that I get to the gym at 5 am, when they open, and the place is closed. Like today, it’s already 5:23 am and is still closed. There’s a lot of people like me that come to workout before work, and simply people starts leaving because there’s now NO time to do a proper workout for the lack of time. I think it is NOT responsible from the staff knowing there’s a lot of people wanting to workout early in the morning before getting to work and, besides that, knowing it’s the only time we can do it during the day. They really have to do something about it or people will start going somewhere else.

New manager is keeping the place clean, however I believe he should at least attempt to let members know who he is. He as yet to introduce Update! We're supposed to get a new manager in again, I can't recall how many have walked through the door only to not stay. Maybe you need to look at hiring a manager in house.Taz and Alyssa have grabbed the bull by the horn. The gym looks like it did when Amanda was here. They are constantly cleaning and have made areas for people to clean. Even after being told someone else was coming in they didn't slack off. Please reconsider and put these 2 ladies in Again hired a new manager she lasted 6 days.

This is my second PF review mentioning that I've been to over 50 Planet Fitness locations...because, in comparison to the rest of this company, I will gladly say that the staff who works here is the greatest, kindest, most sincere group of people I've ever experienced with this company; Very helpful. The place is very down to earth and very well kept, considering that it's the only planet Fitness in the area, with a huge population of members. This location will make you feel like you actually belong.

I enjoy working out here. I prefer the early morning vibe. Like any other gym, there's always weird ones working out in flashy ways 😂 but they keep to themselves and get their sweat on. For the most part, equipment are in use for relatively a few minutes. Many members wipe down equipment before and after. Occassionally a person will hog a machine taking selfies and what not 🙄 and I love the current staff. They've all been helpful when I've had questions, needed assistance, or anything else. I have my fave staff members 😁

Most of the staff is nice, but they do not clean well its pretty dirty bathrooms are filthy the sensors in The restroom are so dirty they wont turn on when you wave your hand yes i used a clorox wipe to clean it to test this the floors are disgusting on top of that so many things are broken between lights in the restrooms, urinals, and equipment. It takes months for anything to be fixed. im honestly suprised planet fitness hasn't done something about it. I am currently looking for a new gym

The gym is fine it's the customer service over the phone that is the issue here. Trying to cancel a membership with them is such a hassle. And their agents have no customer service at all. I had to call twice and was on hold for over 30 mins. I requested a call back only for the first person to hang up on me so I called again. I went in to cancel only to be charged a couple days later to be told that I needed to cancel before the 10th. It would've been nice for them to give me heads up about that. It also would've been nice to get copies of my agreement so I could've checked for myself when I needed to cancel to avoid all of this. So unfortunately I'm forced to get my money's worth for another month.

Use to workout here with my boyfriend, we stopped going because we noticed every time we went we got sick. Stomach bugs/sore throat. Ever since we stopped going we stopped getting sick. We did wipe down equipment before and after every use but I’m thinking it was the lack of air flow. It gets swampy and stuffy in there especially when it’s busy. Very friendly staff. But it could be cleaner, better air quality. It’s a pretty small gym for how busy they get, I’m hoping we get another one in Farmington to help spread out the people. Love the massage chairs, unfortunately I never got to try out the tanning beds. Friendly staff, not very helpful though. All in all it’s a great starter gym.

Came here in the beginning of the year from Los Angeles. I was in town for a week and figured I would workout at the local gym - Planet Fitness. I thought I cancelled the membership, but months later I noticed that Planet Fitness was still charging me. I contacted the club in Farmington (because you're not allowed to cancel at the local L.A./Hollywood locations) and was told that I either needed to come in to cancel my membership or send a letter. When I explained that I was in Los Angeles, the employee's response was: "My manager won't let me do that."

This gym is dirty and so much equipment is inoperable or out of service. If the staff (not just the manager) would do their jobs and clean, walk the floors and tell people to stop abusing equipment, it would be a nice gym.
