Hobbs NM was the cleanest PF I have been, ever. The crew was constantly coming through, vacuuming up the floors (which I have NEVER seen at another PF and I've been to many around NM), they were dusting equipment, and constantly walking through and re-racking weights that weren't in use and returned to proper place. The bathrooms were the cleanest, without the weird sulfur smell that is common in NM, and the locker rooms had great AC, perhaps even too cold which is nice when you come in from outside. 10/10. Wish all PF were like this!

Cleanest gym in Hobbs, I live in Frisco Tx and this gym is cleaner than LA Fitness or any other big name gym. Management is on hands and knees cleaning maintaining equipment. I am in this gym weekly and this young lady has taken personal ownership over this gym in her work ethic. You can tell she holds the staff accountable and makes certain she performs periodic inspections of what is going on in her gym . If you want to be sloppy, not rack weights, slam equipment , this place is not for you. PF Hobbs is a good place to workout trust me I have multiple memberships at other places with an army of a staff that doesn’t look like PF Hobbs. Keep grinding young lady you are doing Gods work.

We recently moved, and this is the closest PF to us. It's an older, smaller gym. The gentleman at the front desk was nice, but he was the only one there, so I waited over 10 minutes to get access to tan because he was away from the desk, cleaning the gym. All of the functions on the treadmill didn't work. The tanning bed was obviously old and heavily used, many of the buttons were worn off completely, and it stopped working less than 3 minutes into my 7-minute session. A disappointing first day at my new location.

Mia and Hade are the DREAM team! There's a pretty high turnover rate with staff and that's a bummer... but having those 2 familiar faces is awesome! Always cheerful and working hard! Honestly think the gym would fall apart without them. Since Mia is manager now, things stay SO clean! She is very attentive if there is any issues. Jade is always so kind and professional. Greets everyone with a smile and is constantly busy with tasks around the gym!
HEAR ME WHEN I SAY THIS... take care of the staff cause I honestly may jump ship if you lose them! Also, the pt is awesome! Fernando is always busting his butt and in a great mood... he hasn't been there as long but what I have seen, he's a phenomenon asset to the team! Hes driven and works hard as a personal trainer!

Canceled my membership after just 4 days of having it when I found out they let the lady boys in the woman's locker rooms, asked management and they confirmed they are a judgment free zone so a grown man that says he's a woman can go in there with your wife's and daughters and I hope everyone takes a stand against this. We can no longer allow these things to happen, as men we must protect out wives and daughters.

Horrible customer service from the manager , front desk was so helpful and nice but when it came to the manager she has horrible attitude and acting so entitled and like she doesn’t have time to deal with you when she can’t even do her job right. Love this gym! Very clean and plenty of equipment so you're not waiting on someone else to finish so you can start. I just wish they had their normal hours again. We were going at 4am and now they don't even open until 5. Makes it hard for us to get a workout in before work. Other than that, I'm very pleased!

In response to the previous reviewer who complained about the Wi-Fi password... I've been to over 30 different Planet Fitnesses in the last 3 years. About 1/4 of the gyms do require a password for Wi-Fi.

When I asked for the Wi-Fi password at the Hobbs, New Mexico Planet Fitness, the employee was polite and gave it to me immediately. Password worked on the first try.

Anyway this is your standard Planet Fitness. Simple easy layout. Gym is medium sized compared to others. Not crowded when I went at 1pm but I can definitely see this place becoming crowded at peak hours of 4pm to 8pm.

The women employees were hard at work keeping the gym equipment clean and sanitizing areas. I was at the gym for about 2 hours and a half.... The mens locker room needed tended to badly but never was. I didn't see the male employees doing crap.

Quite a few pieces of cardio equipment have social distancing signs on them... Not sure if the machines are broken or the gym is just minimizing equipment being used to do less cleaning/maintenance on them.

Unfortunately the gym has shortened it's hours even more on 1/30/22.

I've been too about 20 planet fitness gyms with my black card and this is the only one with a locked wifi. Asked for the password and the employees were either rude in purpose or just don't know it, I tried every variation of judgementfreezone and judgefreezone that I could and nothing worked.

It’s a gym with no judgement yet I feel so judged by the staff. I understand that jobs for gyms are great for teens but the front desk ladies really need to learn how to smile, GREET, and be polite? They need to be trained again and stop fooling around during business hours on the clock. Trainers are a joke. My kids can do the job better than the ladies there’s. When I signed up I was told I could cancel anytime but with no restrictions and that my payments would come out the afternoon evening of the 14th of every month. I tried to cancel by phone and then they said I had to go to a planet fitness center to cancel which wasn’t stated at sign up. And they tried to take money from my account $40 then they charge me 56.66 late fee so my account overdrawn now total amount is $92 Almost $100 I would not recommend anybody go there to planet fitness in Hobbs poor customer service from the manager and could not resolve my problem so I would not recommend it to anybody
