Dirty,Dirty gym with a really bad gym smell.The owner of the gym was nice and gave me a tour.What I saw was old very used gym equipment that needed to be replaced.Rusty weights on the rack and nobody wiped down the equipment after they used it.The men's locker room and showers were nasty and the plumbing was broken for whatever reason.The atmosphere of the gym was dark and gloomy I personally didn't like that.Now to the gym membership plans way to expensive way overpriced for this gym.I can't picture myself working out here at premier fitness I'm gonna stay at planet fitness.I can't really recommend this gym to anyone.😦

Although the gym could be brighter, it was awesome to work out there. The staff were helpful and answered my questions where they could. Where they couldn't they got back to me with an answer the next time I went in. For the quality of the equipment and its up keep plus the service at the childcare, I would say that this place was definitely has the right price. I used to work at a gym, and although you can't please all patrons, they did a pretty damn good job.

Went in to see about a membership, first thing I noticed was the smell and not in a good way. There are two floors to this gym. It was more on the dark side and reminded me of a dungeon. Needless to say, I did not join. A gym should be bright and cheerful looking, motivating a person to want to workout, not making a person feel they are in a prison. No thank you!

I signed up in July of last year, and my bank account was automatically debited $51.77 for the first 2 months, following the initial month which was prorated.. Cool. Suddenly, the automatic debit almost doubled to $90.58. When I called, the lady apologized and said she would get it refunded to me or credited to my next month. The next month, it was still $90.58. I called again, and still no help. This went on for a total of 4 months before I finally just cancelled my debit card and said screw it.... I don't utilize the gym that much anyway, as the staff members are rude and at this point, I was pretty aggravated at the place. 3 months later, I get hit with a charge for $271.74 that somehow they managed to obtain my NEW debit card number. You know, the number that my bank can't even give me if I was to call and ask for it. Thankfully, I was able to call my bank and have the transaction reversed, and the debit card cancelled. Guess what?! It has happened AGAIN! This time for $181.16. This is absolutely crazy. Thieves use these tactics to gain people's debit and credit card numbers, charge fraudulent amounts, and flat scam people-- and that is all this place is: A scam. If you are considering this gym as a place to work out, there are plenty of other places in Alamogordo that are honest and trustworthy! I would leave less than one star if I could.

Has everything you need and more. The staff is really friendly. My family has always had an amazing experience with the day care. And the equipment is always clean. By far the best gym I have ever been to.

Clean and eclectic facilities with lots of options in equipment and in classes. The employees are welcoming and considerate. My two year old son loves the Kids Planet (child care) where he has formed friendships with his peers. Highly recommend this facility. 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I began utilizing this gym on a 3 day pass, and really didn't have any issues until it was time for my contract to end. I began calling early in the month and was told that the person whom I needed to speak with was not in yet or otherwise unavailable to assist. Finally on the 28th of the month I got through to the individual, and explained that because of my work schedule I could not come in an sign any paperwork to cancel my membership fully. I received the paperwork via email and sent it back the same day and requested a response which I never received. I then checked again on the 1st after my account was billed for an additional month of service that I did not agree to. I emailed and called again but have yet to hear back from the accounts manager. I have reported the charge to my bank as fraud since I did not authorize this charge to be made against my account. This place has the worst customer service ever, and if I could I rate 0 stars! Buyer beware!

Nice gym, however the terrible staff. I have had several billing issues, only to be told we have "no record of that" or we will "credit your account".Thing is once they get your membership and banking info you then become a number not a member. I would not recommend this gym, unless you can pay monthly (which I believe they charge you more or you cant do)

Great facility but TERRIBLE management! I went to this gym for an entire year and liked the classes and the gym. I was kind of stuck in my contract because I started using the gym more on Holloman AFB. My account closed and I was very glad about that, but I just got a call saying I owe two months of membership fees because I did not come in a cancel it. Even though I signed a year contract they still are charging me for 2 extra months because I didn't come in and say I wanted to stop coming. Stupid management. I just got to pay for 86$ with NO gym use! DO NOT GO HERE!

Can I give this place zero stars? My wife asked about a membership today. They said regular price, which includes daycare, was $75. The special this month was $50 for a membership, but if you want daycare it would be an additional $25...so, that equals REGULAR price! They lied about their special. The staff and management were rude today in addition to lying. The owner knows he can overcharge customers due to the lack of competition. We are military and have a strong desire to support the local community, but this place is ridiculous with their customer service and price gouging. Please let the community know if you have similar experiences.
