I can't say enough good things about Chantall and Rise Pilates! I've had significant improvements in longstanding chronic pain and functional limitations from injuries and misguided exercise habits. It's also been highly effective for acute injuries that I've had along the way. Chantall has an incredible amount of knowledge and shares this from a place of enthusiasm and heart-centered service. She's cultivated a vibrant and supportive community, where we can each go at our own pace to build upon a solid foundation for our wellness... PLUS she's just an amazing and inspiring person who makes this fun. I always feel so much better physically, emotionally, and spiritually when I leave the studio - who knew I'd ever look forward to my Pilates classes!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Chantall's amazing work. My body has faced many challenges in my 69 years. I overcame obesity that started in childhood and then experienced a toxic reaction to anesthesia from a dental procedure. The toxin damaged my liver and kidneys, and caused 4 ruptured discs and 3 spinal stenosis. I was quite frail when I started working with Chantall over a year ago. The results are astounding and a recent MRI showed total recovery. My Dr could hardly believe my transformation .I am now amazingly strong and fit and I continue to work on optimal posture, strength and balance. Every day I'm filled with gratitude for how Chantall changed my life and my body. The very slow, focused, and precise moves have increased my attention in my daily activities. I look forward to a strong, active and empowered future. Chantall is a treasure!

I am a 78 year old male who has been taking pilates for a dozen plus years but who only started working with Chantall this past year. I take pilates primarily because of balance issues and I have found that pilates works better than alternatives for my purposes. Chantall has been a great help to me. Significantly, for the first time I am able to descend to the floor and get back to a standing position without touching any nearby furniture or other object that might assist me. She understands instinctively my issues and works hard to help me address them. And, she has a great sense of humor! I am seriously considering accessing her via electronic means after I return to my principal residence in south Florida. I recommend highly Chantall and Rise Pilates!

Chantall is so committed to health, wellness and vibrancy it's a joy to be around her. She's always looking for ways to enhance her fitness and she radiates well being. She's also got such a great sense of humor, a direct straight way of saying things, and a deep level of research into proper use of the muscles and function of bodies that she is a wise person to be entrusted with gaining health and fitness in oneself. I've been recovering from an illness and Chantall's pilates has been key to getting stronger. As far as I've experienced with her instruction, she adheres to Joseph Pilates format and goes beyond it, combining her practices with other movement teachers. The result is a measured but challenging, body intelligent session. I have also been doing her online classes on Thursdays at 11:30, which are usually themed (eg. for the hips, or for shoulder injury, etc.). It has been a great option for my budget to mix it up, since the online classes are so affordable. She is one of the best movement teachers I've had the good fortune to work with.

I have worked with Chantall for a number of years now. She always keeps it fresh with new and different things to do. Everyone's body is unique and Chantall has a gift for knowing how to work with each person on a individual
basis that suits our unique needs. Group classes don't work for me, but one on one with Chantall is perfect.

I came to Chantall 18 months after my pregnancy with diastisis recti, a terribly weak back, nonexistent core muscles, and lots of pain. After ~8 sessions I can honestly say that has all improved. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy. It is clear that Chantall is passionate about her work and she is patient, observant, and a phenomenal Pilates instructor. If it weren’t for her instruction, I’m sure my quality of life and pain level would be intolerable. Highly highly recommended.

Chantall is 10 stars. She fixed my hip which had become very painful for 10 yrs. I worked with lots of people and went to chiropractor, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc for yrs. It took awhile but well worth it. Rarely in pain now.! Can't recommend enough.

Let me just say that I am not "fond" of exercising! However, Chantell actually made it an enjoyable experience. I am in my 70's & needed some core strength training . . . starting from "square one". Chantell was great at evaluating my condition -- and then she started at the beginning & built up. I had specific time restraints, and Chantell bent over backwards to accommodate me. She is great at taking you from where you are to where you want to be. I would happily recommend RISE Pilates to everyone!
