Edited 7/16: Staffing hours have vastly improved! You're best bet is coming in during lunch until evening to catch a staff member. Mornings are usually quiet and the place gets busier but never super packed throughout the evening. Weekdays they close at 10pm, 7pm on the weekends. One thing this gym does better than any other is the cleanliness! I have seen a huge improvement in staff presence and cleanliness/organization. Equipment is fixed fast, though I still think they should upgrade their barbells, and get some new equipment. Overall, has gotten better.

I've been a member for a while and it's not bad for the price. Yes it's small and equipment is a bit runned down. I go in the mornings and there's hardly anyone there. Weekends are empty as well. Might be busier weekday evenings of course. Place has had different owners over the years and the latest owner is definitely trying to improve it. There's always someone cleaning it and he holds a raffle for members every month. Some machines could definitely be improved (mostly the cardio machines). I've enjoyed it overall.

When I went to cancel my membership, they tried charging me a 50 cancellation fee even though their sign says military, etc. Didn't have to pay that. Didn't believe me until i showed them their own sign. Also charged me 26.96(normal fee) monthly when I was told I would be charged 10.00(discount for military etc.) Didn't find out out until I canceled. Robbed

In the contract it shows that if your healthcare to cancel it is only $50 with a 30 day notice. I went in there yesterday to cancel and to talk with the manager and when I looked at my bank account today they had withdrawn $76 and some change and when I called and asked him why he did that he said because I didn’t give him a 30 day notice and I would’ve been charged The membership fee next month so he just did it all at one time. I think that it’s poor customer service and I will never join this gym again I come back-and-forth between Albuquerque and Roswell with the hospital. I don’t believe you should be able to charge my account and close my account until I talk with the management as I told the gentleman on the phone just now when I called. He was not gonna listen and again , when you go to cancel a membership, make sure you speak with the owner of the business and let them know that you would like to give your 30 day notice because I’m still here for another month and a half. I would’ve given a 30 day notice. That’s just crooked . I will be sharing this on Facebook as well.

Great place but needs substantial work on customer service have been calling to get help on my account for a little over a month. Every time I get told they’ll leave a note for the owner, still haven’t heard back. Also attempted to cancel my membership since i haven’t heard back and only the owner can cancel it, said they’d also leave him a note still waiting for a call back and for my membership to be cancelled.

Helped the new owner for a month and agreed on a free membership for 1 year in return....after that month was up he took back his word and decided to tell me that i would have to pay 3 days into what was suppose to be a 365 day agreement.... this place is a joke.

Customers always come first? Not at fitness for $10. It is 1 pm on a Friday afternoon and I am denied service to work out. I am new to the town and am looking to obtain a gym membership here in town. Like a normal consumer I am shopping around for the highest quality gym at a decent price. I come to fitness for $10 to ask about purchasing, yes purchasing, a week pass so I can try out the gym. I was told that I have to come back after 3 pm. Dumbfounded I ask the lady if I could pursue my workout, since I was already there and my workout would most likely last until 3 pm. I was then denied and asked to leave and come back at 3 pm. Mind you I was already at and inside the gym at this point. Long story short their customer service was nonexistent and their drive to gain new members is also nonexistent.
