Decent sized proper gym right next to a grocery store. I enjoyed the variety of free weights and iso-machines available. I travel for work and don't need a long-term membership, and the management understood, so they offered me a week for 20$ with a 10$ fee for the keyfob. The 10$ is refunded when you return the fob. Thank you, Russell athletics, for allowing me to use your space and keep sane while traveling. There is also a sauna during the week available here as well.
