Such a wonderful spot!! A great community, not just a good place to work out! As a total spin/cycling novice I've felt welcomed and supported since starting classes here a few months ago. All the instructors are exceptional and the support staff are also so friendly, professional, and helpful.

The classes and teachers themselves are good, but the space is sorely lacking β€” there’s no windows in the yoga studio, and man, it really takes a toll on me. As someone else has mentioned, the hallway and doorway to the studio is very narrow and cramped. Just not a warm space. For this primary reason I prefer Santa Fe Community Yoga

Had a great experience. Was in town for the weekend and needed to make a reservation for a large group of guys. The staff had great communication, day-of assistance was very accommodating, and Barrett's hot power class got rave reviews from everyone, both new and experienced yogis alike. Thank you!

Moxie is easily one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. Her Warm Vinyasa class is so well balanced - it’s spiritually restorative while also physically challenging in the best way. Highly recommend!

Their single Bikram instructor is excellent. Beyond that, the layout is terrible, and people are herded like cattle in a long, narrow hallway as the previous class can barely elbow its way out. Sort of a Feng shui disaster. I will say this, however, I had a problem bringing my service dog in on one occasion and the owner spent a lot of time and effort dealing with the incident and was very kind about it afterwards. Overall, not a bad place to do Bikram-ish yoga.

Took Interval Cycle with Sarah at noon and it was soooo fun! Great playlist and her energy was so motivation. Her cueing throughout class is incredibly helpful in helping to keep proper alignment and technique. Can't wait for my next class with Sarah!

Enjoyable class but the front desk person was not very friendly. The teacher was good but seemed detached and she forgot one entire sequence on the left side. I get that happens but she didn’t go back after she forgot it which was odd. Her teaching was also missing a spiritual component which maybe if you’re looking for just a workout is ok. It was great to have hot yoga though!

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to attend a few classes during my time in Santa Fe. I signed up for a 7:30am class and it snowed the night before, causing me to drive a little slower than I expected. I walked up to reception at 7:31am and was turned away. Granted, the woman at the front desk did refund me for the class (I had to ask for that), I still felt really disappointed. I've worked in the yoga industry for a decade and I have never turned away a student that was one minute late. I get it that being late is considered to be disrespectful of others, but the other students were probably still in child's pose at 7:31am and it was the morning of Christmas eve. Have a heart.

This studio has been a favorite for years. I often find myself craving that hot yoga room in the middle of winter. The studios are clean and the staff are friendly. I have recently returned back to taking cycling classes and I loved the class I just took with Darcy Campbell. I’ll be back soon!

Visiting Santa Fe for the week and decided to test Thrive out, couldn't love it more. The teachers, the lavender towels at the end, the cleanliness, the hot studio. A+. Have already been twice! Can't wait to go back.

I’ve been going to Thrive for about six months now and until recently have had only good experiences. It’s a very nice studio and the employees are all friendly, but I recently had a very strange and unsettling experience with the teacher of the 26 & 2 class, Tara. About 10 minutes before class, I noticed her sort of following me around in the hallways and standing very close to me. Just before the beginning of class, she came up to me in the hallway and asked if she could bring me a lavender towel to wipe myself down with because she had noticed a smell, kind of like onions, that she thought would bother some people. I was quite surprised and acted fairly incredulous; I was (and still am) convinced that she was mistaken; I am not a smelly person, and I had just showered, my clothes were clean, and I had not had any dealings with onions or anything else that smells. My husband was there with me and neither of us smelled what she was talking about at all. Normally, we would notice something like that. She insisted rudely that it was me, and not knowing what else to do, I let her bring me a towel. I think she could tell that I was bothered, and she did try to be friendly about it, saying something like β€œThere’s a cafe that I sometimes go to, and I notice that it makes me smell like onions.” No matter how polite she thought she was being, I found it to be a very rude and invasive thing to do. Hot yoga classes always smell like sweat and BO and we all do each other the courtesy of not caring about that sort of thing, and so for her to go out of her way to tell me I smelled means she was effectively telling me that I smelled strongly and inappropriately of something disgusting in such a way that I would stand out in a room full of sweaty people. I was so shaken by this interaction that I had several people smell me, and they confirmed that I didn't smell like anything. I found this interaction to be rather dumbfounding as well as out of line, and I will not be returning to that class.

As a former employee and a long-time, current yoga client, I have the unique perspective from both sides. Eduardo and his awesome staff of studio workers and teachers are wonderful. They run an extremely clean, smart, thoughtful and health/client focused business. I am truly grateful for THRIVE and so impressed at the way they have all handled the challenges of the pandemic. I highly recommend THRIVE.

The instructors are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community the owner, Eduardo, and the staff have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. The spin classes are challenging, but fun at the same time. The place is always clean and the music is terrific. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Thrive is a beautiful space and community for yoga and indoor cycling in Santa Fe. Clean spaces, kind staff and great instructors. While the door policy may seem challenging, I appreciate as a student the environment it provides and the level of respect for other students and instructors - keeping things on time and running smoothly.
Great variety of classes, techniques and difficulty.
Love that they have towels and showers available on-site. Highly recommend!

Thrive is great. The studio is clean and comfortable. The floor is great for inversions and the towel service at the end of glass is a bonus that no other studio does. Yummy smelling lavender towels that have been chilled. Abby and B are my favorite teachers they really know their stuff. Definitely the best yoga studio in Santa Fe. Also the only hot studio ;))

After years of attendance, I continue to disbelieve the high level of perfection this studio gives me in the direction of its owner Eduardo and all of the amazing teachers and support people who work there. It's definitely a place you want to visit, and if you are in town for just a short while, you may want to pass on the amazing experience you had here at Santa Fe Thrive.

I love Thrive- they have spin, yoga, and a great low impact strength training class. They have a large selection of class times that work with a working woman’s schedule as well as multiple day offerings. Fun instructors make working out enjoyable. 5 stars!

I love Thrive! I do both spinning and yoga for about 3 years and always feel welcome. The studio is clean and it’s such a nice extra that staff goes out of their way to know your name. I appreciate not having my workout disrupted by folks showing up late and distracting others.

I LOVE Thrive! I have been doing yoga for several years and both the classes and instructors here are the best around. Some people seem to have issue with the policy of arriving late & not being allowed into class. I really appreciate the enforcement of this policy. Why? Because those who arrive late disrupt class.

I love going to Thrive! They create a nice space there where I can practice my hot yoga. The staff is awesome too! Its got a quaint feel to it you don't find in a giant spa. I wished that I lived in Santa Fe. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to a class twice a week...but that tells you how much I enjoy it there...

I can't say enough positive things about this studio! Great staff, great teachers, great environment. Emma went out of her way to help me with an online booking issue, and the studio was beyond generous in extending my class passes that expired during the pandemic. I was looking for an hour-long class after work and now come at least once a week. The classes start and end on time, which is wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Lovely warm, and humid studio. Lovely, caring teachers, with incredible passion, and ability. Teachers that invest in their personal teaching, to be able to pass on new, rewarding knowledge to their students. Wonderful, and clean studio. Kind, compassionate ownership, and community. In a great mall with a natural food store, cafe, and fabulous HARD KOMBUCHA BREWERY named Honeymoon Brewery!!!

Guaranteed best yoga cycling and high intensity experience in Santa Fe hands down. I have been going here for almost 2 years with the monthly membership option best price around for the level of quality that I have received. The faculty of fitness professionals is world class. I highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to get their thrive on and become committed to their health and wellness.

Amazing classes rooted on gratitude and well-being. Yes, sometimes it's going to get hot, but it is never a harsh atmosphere. The teachers know the limit and are encouraging and challenging. I love the classic yoga environment of no-judgment and focus on breathing. Feels like family.

When I saw that Thrive was being built, I got really excited as I had been hoping for years that a new yoga studio in my neighborhood would open. That excitement has paid off as all levels of my health are now benefitting from a revived and thriving yoga practice that consists of 3-5 yoga classes per week. The teachers are wonderful, the space is sublime, I feel great, and I'm one happy camper to have finally found a yoga studio that I can call home!

Now for some details...There are many payment options which makes Thrive accessible to many. For example, the more classes you take, the lower the costs of the classes. For example, the 5 classes for $25 is a great way to start. If that is too much of a commitment, there are $5.00 community classes and regular drop-in classes as well.

What I wasn't expecting was all the excellence that Thrive offers! I'm grateful for the caliber of competent and kind teachers, the green building materials the husband and wife owners consciously used, the natural bathing products they provide, and the option of cycling before hot yoga. What is a dream-come-true for this former Bikram yogini is to practice the similar hot Hatha yoga flow of Bikram but with gentleness and flexibility of all the teachers who emphasize honoring and listening to the body, always supporting us to modify the postures if we need to. The always optional cool washcloth placed on the forehead (while in the corpse pose at the end of each class offered at Thrive) is always a nice, nurturing touch that is one of the unique attributes of Thrive.

As for hot yoga, I hear a lot of people resist the idea of the heat aspect. I used to as well, but I got over that because the results are so incredible! I feel buoyant, am stronger, my lung capacity has increased, I can focus on my projects, and I'm always in the state of gentle detoxing. Not once have I had a headache from the heat! Even if you think you don't like the heat aspect, you can find a class that is cooling off from the previous hot yoga class.

I highly recommend Santa Fe Thrive and give it 5 Stars!
