I trained with Morgan at Signature Fitness for two years, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best personal trainers out there. She helped me stay motivated, stay consistent, and ultimately reach my fitness goals. Every session was challenging, customized, and full of positive energy. Morgan truly cares about her clients and their progress. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer, I highly recommend Signature Fitness!

I can't say enough good things about Morgan!! I went in feeling clueless about fitness and nutrition and how it applied to me, and she has been so patient, kind, and supportive in teaching and training. I also have chronic pain and joint issues and she's incredible at showing me how to adjust exercises and work with my body instead of against it; and my pain is more manageable now. She is passionate about what she does and tailoring plans to the needs and goals of her clients - and she gets RESULTS. I have lost 20 pounds in six months, but more importantly my labwork has improved dramatically, my nutrition is on point, and I feel good about myself. You truly won't find a better trainer, Morgan not only has the training and experience, but the instinct and skill to figure out what you need and guide you on your journey, and she cares deeply about her clients. She not only holds me accountable, but teaches me how to hold myself accountable and even enjoy the process. I feel like the strongest person in the world! Plus, Morgan's a blast to hang out with :)

My decision to sign up with Signature Fitness has been the best decision I’ve made this year. My personal trainer Morgan is awesome. I have a few past injuries and aches from just being old. I appreciate Morgan’s expertise as she is able to adjust my exercises to accommodate my ability to perform them that day. The workouts never get old or stale. I’m always learning new techniques that I can use on my own. Since I’ve started going to Signature Fitness, I’ve lost weight and gained strength. And I just feel good about myself. The gym is spotless and has top notch equipment. Being able to work out in a non-crowded gym is priceless. If you are looking for a trainer that cares about you and has a vast knowledge of fitness, train with Morgan at Signature Fitness. Oh yeah, Morgan is a fun person and cooler than the other side of the pillow.

The two coaches, Morgan and Jessie, at Sig Fit are amazing, down to earth, and hardworking people. Morgan was my coach for 6 months; she is realistic with dieting and workout routines. No nonsense diets and endless cardio. Morgan's fitness approach is something that can be sustained for a long time as a healthy lifestyle. She is not one of those "coaches" with some online degree as she had been a powerlifter/pro bodybuilder/college athlete, an actual professional in this field. I had been working out for a long time but hiring her was the best decision I've made to learn the proper techniques and nutrition. Give them a try and you'll be glad you did. Ain't nothin to it but to do it!

The facility that Signature Fitness provides is unlike any experience Morgan is by far the most experienced and passionate trainer I’ve been privileged to work with, where integrity is standard and wavering from that standard is simply not an option. I was 4 months pregnant when I reached out to Morgan in regards to my pregnancy health, stability, strength and maintaining what I had worked so hard to accomplish in my own fitness journey. Her confidence to provide me what I needed both pre and postnatal exceeded anything I could’ve asked for in a trainer. Her ability to listen, grasp and execute her clients goals is simply, matchless. Morgan has an innate ability of throwing in her own creative twists that bring a challenge that leaves you changed both inside and out. I can honestly say I have a confidence in the weight room that I never thought was possible for me. She has stretched my limits and pushed me in ways I never thought possible. Best one on one training in New Mexico hands down!!I have been training with Morgan for a little over 4 years and I'm never going back to a regular gym.
I'm a mom of 3 under 8, in my late 30's with a full time job and a busy lifestyle. Signature Fitness has everything I'm looking for.
Training with Morgan is different, I have worked out with other trainers and I used to see fast results but I could only maintain them for so long.. I wanted a lifestyle not a crash diet/workout.
Her workouts are fun but challenging. This isn't your usual hit the stair master then the same old machines.
If you're ready for a change, this is the place to go!!
Having awesome equipment and a super clean place to workout is always a plus!

Signing up with Signature Fitness Training Studio was one of the best things I have ever done! The overall vibe is great - everything is mint, from the facility to the equipment and staff. I have Morgan Canty as my personal trainer-- not only does she tailor the workouts to support my objectives, she makes each session fun and enjoyable, which motivates me to continue and want to stay active. She is very personable and extremely knowledgable especially with my special circumstances. She is long term, lifestyle focused ensuring that her clients are able to sustain and maintain the hard work that is put in in and out of the gym. Morgan is an Awesome coach/trainer, I had 8 weeks to get into shape at 59 years old . Started at 210 pounds ended at 195 with full body muscle that I never had before. Had a wedding in Mexico and for the 1 st time in decades I not only felt good I looked good at the pool/beach. My I add Girlfriend was happy too lol. Highly recommend and I will hire her again…
