Love this workout! It’s always fun, only takes a half hour, and I feel like I got a great workout in every time. The staff is friendly and I always feel comfortable. Also love that I can do a variation of the workout on my phone if I can’t make it to the gym!

I have joined this gym since June, this is a nice change up from my regular routine and you can make it as easy or intense each class. Best part is that it’s ONLY 30 mins and no hard set class times, the trainers are also very encouraging

I have been doing 30 minute HIT for about 4 months and I really like it. I love the predictability of the circuit workout style, and appreciate that embedded within each station, there are different levels to match your ability at a given time.

Gabe, Sarah, and Kara, the trainers I have worked with the most, provide the right amount of support and guidance without being too intimating and also without hovering. They are all super positive and encouraging and I leave feeling great afterwards. They make an effort to get to know all of the members and make the space comfortable for all.

I am not someone who likes to workout and I really dislike workout classes. I always feel like the weakest link in the room. This setting is ideal because there is a feeling of community but you can really focus in on your own workout without being too concerned about whether or not you are keeping up with those around you. The trainers make sure you are challenged but it is individualized to your own pace.

Love this class! This has been the only workout program that actually motivated me to consistently attend. The classes are challenging but the instructors make it enjoyable and can easily modify the class for your skill set. Would definitely recommend!

I love 30 Minute Hit! As someone who loves to workout when I want to but in the energy of a class type setting this is perfect. You get to workout on your time with coaches who will kick you into gear. I always left feeling so good. Owners, Katie & Steve, are incredibly nice and make you feel like family. I also always went in the the AM during the week and Kara one of the trainers was great! Highly recommend!

I just wanted the owners to please read this text !!!! The trainer Gabe is so amazing and he positively pushed me to challenge my own self limits!!! I thought I wasn't going to make it but I did. Wow omg I feel so proud and amazing I kinda teared up on my way out the door thanking the trainer for showing me I can do anything I just need to show up for myself because showing up is half the battle !!! Gabe is definitely an asset to your organization or business !!! I like to give kudos where they are deserved and Ty for opening this spot I really needed this today more than you know !!! I'm finally finding my self love again and even tho I'm out of shape I'm proving to myself that I don't know defeat !!! This is such a great and welcoming gym. Not only do you get a great workout done in 30 minutes but it’s a great community. There’s women here that are all shapes and sizes, from people that have done boxing before and those that have never been into a gym. The trainers are always on the floor supporting you and encourage you to the whole time! One of the best parts is that there’s no class times. Love that everyone can make it work for their schedule! I am a travel nurse and joined month to month. I was only in the area for 6 weeks. They have continued to charge my card for the last 3 months, even after several messages to cancel. I also told them in person when signing up. I am only in town for 6 weeks. The owner is now insisting I come into the store to cancel and states the policy says I pay for 2 months. Which i never did or would have agreed to since I was only there 6 weeks. I have since relocated and no longer live there, as discussed, but still refuses to stop charging my card. I've now made 4 payments of $149 and only attended 2 classes. I've not lived there for over 2 months. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. You're taking my money and I've said several times, I don't live there anymore! It's unethical, unprofessional and just all around awful how you treat your community!

I joined 30 minute hit because I have always wanted to try kickboxing and I needed to shake up my workout routine. I have been coming to 5 classes now, and it is such a good full body workout. The coaches are all really supportive and there to give you that push you need. Kara was my coach during the free trial class, she was a great teacher. You will not be disappointed if you give it a try!

Saw an add for a free 30 minute trial, so I signed up and gave it a try. I loved it and was hooked! I have only been a member for a little over a week, but I love it. What a wonderful workout! The atmosphere at the gym is awesome and very welcoming. The trainers are great and helpful. They keep an eye on your form, encourage you to push it. Gabe was my trainer for the trial and did a fantastic job explaining all of the basics and the importance of good form and technique.

I especially like the hours which makes it easier to get in a workout after work on my schedule and not a set class time. Also, the Hit @ Home feature is perfect for when I travel or want to get in an early workout before heading into the office. I love 30-Minute Hit. Steve, the owner, and all of the coaching staff take a personal interest in their clients’ goals, progress, safety and well-being. I have been in search of my new fitness family for a while now, and am really happy to have found it. The coaches (especially Coach Kara) have helped me with my boxing technique and I have progressed so much physically and with mindset in the 6 months I’ve been a member. I come from boxing and OCR training background but hit a few bumps in the road with my health a few years ago and strayed far from the health and fitness I used to enjoy - so I am overjoyed and grateful to have found such a supportive team working to continue with me on my health and fitness journey again.

My 13 year old daughter and I took a 30 minute hit class a few weeks ago, just to try some new. Well my teenager is hooked! She loves the laid back, but encouraging vibe. That it’s all women is a bonus! We enjoy the circuit and that we can go as hard or fast as we want on any given day, depending on our moods and energy level (and soreness as we strengthen core muscles). the combination of upbeat music and coaches walking the floor keeps us going. Steve and his team are really encouraging, informative and fun. It’s a great option for a mother-daughter workout.

I have been a member since Hit started in Saratoga. I LOVE the flexibility, no class times which helps me stay flexible with work times. The Trainers are very positive and personable. Signed up for 30 Minute Hit in the beginning of January because I was looking for a workout to motivate me without doing the same old same old . I have only been able to make a few classes but from what I have done , this place does not disappoint. Their 30 min Hit style kickboxing is a perfect mesh of cardio, strength, and fun . The 30 minute classes make it so the workouts are sustainable , whilst still burning calories . The staff is very friendly , encouraging , and helpful . The times are open to whenever you want to come in during operating hours , so it makes it easier to work around a persons schedule . Whether you are going everyday or once a week , this place is worth your time . I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

I had been slacking at the gym for a while and was spending an hour at the gym without seeing any results. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I’ve been craving that same supportive gym environment with a little self-competitive edge to it as an adult.
