Idk what gym or management these other reviews speak of, 4everbods consistently and repeatedly has shown inadequate and inappropriate professional conduct. Upon opening, the Middleburgh gym was pretty nice, and while it was still the sole property it was generally maintained, upgraded, and taken care of. Definitely a luxury to have nearby. Since opening a second location, thats been the only saving grace. This opening has led to an apparent complete abandonment of upkeep and advancement to the foundational location, as evidenced by fading paint, and tarnishes found on almost all baseboards. This, however is not even my primary issue with this businesses perception of professional ethics. I have previously been a member, and expected no duress when I reinstated myself last November. Upon purchasing a membership, I received no information regarding entry to the facilities, and was unable to actually enter the premises until over a month later. During this time, I made regular attempts to contact the business, utilizing all forums the owner herself made available. I could not even get anyone to answer the phone at the Duanesburg location. I only became aware of the integrated system and phone app through a friend who also attends. I do not believe I wouldve ever been attended to, and had I not been alternatively informed, been granted appropriate access which is expected upon payment. In February, I needed to pause my membership for the month of March, and found this was only possible by email, a method already proving to be less than ideal. Upon completion of this request, I was charged regardless. I called and miraculously was answered this time, initially by a man before quickly being interrupted and addressed by the owner (lauren) instead. I explained my situation then addressed the outlined above, and instead of offering to help I was immediately told "I can refund your March payment and cancel your membership". This does not translate to good business practice. Additionally, the 2 complete months I purchased and was not provided were not addressed in the refund. Dismissive, if at all responsive. Dont waste your time with these people.

This gym is a very very non judgmental, knowledgeable and affordable atmosphere... someone is always there to help. Both locations are constantly getting upgrades to make them better.. To down grade or upgrade your membership it is very easy and can be done anytime and most importantly for me Lauren is very easy to get a hold of for any of the crazy question I might have when it comes to nutrition! You need to give this gym a chance!

Place had charged me twice after going through a hassle to attempt to cancel membership. Talked on phone, requested to talk to the owner, she was supposedly busy but made a note for her to call me back. Never got any call. Also wanted to charge 70-80 some odd dollars for access to both Middleburgh and Duanesburg facilities. Duanesburg facility is nice I will say, but a membership to the hole in the wall that is the Middleburgh location is definitely not worth a $40-45 a month subscription. Location is convenient if you live in the area, not much else to offer.
