We were visiting from Los Angeles and staying at Seven Beach Lane. We hit up 7 Fitness a few times during our stay and it was such a great gym. Friendly staff, great equipment and good vibes.

Great gym in Westhamptons. This is my second season coming here & I looked at a few gyms all around town & I'd say this is the best of variety of equipment, clean & great classes, & trainers. It is small so during peak season it does get crowded. The owner is really nice, knowledgeable & his classes are really challenging. I love Natalie's classes as well!

Communication with Cory the owner was swift and seamless as I got to try out 7 fitness on my way back from Montauk into NYC - and Iām super glad I stopped in! The privacy, cleanliness and versatility of gym equipment were all bonuses to a well run facility full of great people. Anytime I make my drive from NYC to Hamptons or vice versa, 7 fitness is worth the check in!

Amazing place. I was able to utilize the gym for private sessions when in Westhampton for Vacation. The gym is very clean, has great equipment, and the owner/head trainer is very nice/knowledgable. Highly recommend.
