At All In Health And Wellness, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized Pilates training, comprehensive physical therapy assessments, and expert coaching. Our studio offers a variety of services including Reformer Pilates, TRX training, physical therapy assessments, nutrition coaching, and body transformation programs. Led by owner and lead instructor Judi Luttieri, who has over 25 years of experience and holds multiple certifications, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized and client-centered care.

I have been coming to class now for over two months and thoroughly have become hooked! . Judi is a terrific instructor explaining each exercise and the importance of stretching each muscle group. She also takes into consideration any injuries or problem areas you have and will tweak the specific exercise according to each participant. Always with a smile on her face, the classes she gives are a great way to start or end the day feeling energized and stronger. With her background as a Physical Therapist, I know I am in the right place. Her knowledge of the body far exceeds any other instructors in any of the other Pilates studios on Long Island. Give it a try, it’s a great workout for all levels.

I’m so glad I decided to do the 3-month coaching program with Judi! It included coaching, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness—everything I needed to make real, lasting changes. I’ve changed my eating habits, learned how to put myself first, and lost 13 pounds!
Judi is incredibly supportive and stays in touch through texts, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. If you have a question, you can just text her and she responds quickly. She truly cares and keeps you accountable every step of the way.

Judi is an awesome instructor! I first went to All in Health and Wellness and had never used a reformer. Judi walked us through the machine and helped us feel so comfortable. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has great waterfront views. I love working out here!

Great classes with an educated instructor who pays attention to your needs. If you’re looking for small group training then look no further. I personally love the Pilate’s reformers. The classes are challenging while fun so I look forward to going each week.

So happy I tried the introductory class; I’m hooked!. 2 years ago I had multi-level spinal fusion which restricted my movement, and weaken my core a lot. I’ve been taking 2 classes a week for about a month and already feel improvement in my mobility. I also feel my core getting stronger. Judy is amazing at targeting the areas I need help. The classes are small so its like getting a personal trainer for no extra cost. Highly recommend you give it a try.

The classes here are amazing and very professional. Judi makes sure her clients get a great workout while making sure they’re doing it the right way. The studio’s location by the water makes the experience relaxing. It’s a beautiful space with state of the art equipment.
