Annie's an amazing personal trainer!! I started working with her around 8 months postpartum to help me resolve my diastasis recti and increase my overall strength. I was starting to experience back pain and signs of carpal tunnel from lifting my baby, which I suspected was due to poor muscle tone. The diastasis recti and pain resolved in a couple of months. I credit both both Annie's strength training as well as the advice on how to properly lift my child and other heavy objects. She also provided useful dietary recommendations, which helped me return to my postpartum weight. I highly recommend her services!

Annie is an amazing trainer. She's extremely knowledgeable, she listens to you and your goals, and adjusts each workout accordingly. Your body is in constant evolution. I've seen results like never before in my years of training. Plus, she's beyond friendly and always makes you feel at ease. I can't recommend her enough.

I have been working out with Annie for about 13 months now and am so appreciative of my time with her. I had a meniscectomy on my left knee in 2015, which resulted in knee, hip and lower back pain, a changed gait and a lack of confidence in my body. I had never played sports or lifted weights before, so I did not know where to start to recover physically. I was referred to Annie by a friend who was working successfully through her own back injury. Since session one, Annie has consistently made me feel safe when going out of my comfort zone. She sets high standards for herself and her clients and pushes me harder physically than I’ve ever been pushed while maintaining a supportive environment. Within the first six months of training with her, my knee, hip and lower back pain were gone. Additionally, I’m the strongest physically than I have ever been and have discovered muscles I never knew i had! While my initial goal with personal training was to regain strength and stability in my lower body post-surgery, working with Annie has motivated me to establish other physical goals I’ve never even thought of. I can’t wait to see what the future brings with regard to my physical transformation Annie is guiding me through and would not be where I am without her!

Annie's been amazing to work with. When I started, I was lost in the gym and doing mundane routines, stuck at the same weight and couldn't lift any higher. After I met Annie, she gave me some tips and advice and suggested I should get assessed for my strengths and weaknesses. I decided to utilize Annie's expertise and had her help me with everything I did wrong in the gym. Fast forward a year later and now I'm stronger than I have been my whole life and have less issues at the gym. She's been able to help me through each step of the way. Whenever I had any questions or issues, she would always promptly respond. She also adjusts my programming on a daily basis once I enter my results after each work out. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to provide me with training advice other than Annie Ho. Thanks Annie!

I've been training with Annie for over 3 months now and I've already fixed all of the mobility problems I had going in which I couldn't fix with physical therapy alone, all while increasing my strength and stamina! I can't wait to continue on to pure strength training in the future. Can't recommend Annie enough! 💪🐱

I have been training with Annie since Feb 2019. She pushes me beyond my limits even when I say I can't do it she motivates me to keep on trying, If something is too hard for me she modifies it while still keeping it challenging.
What I enjoy most about training with Annie is she makes it fun, I never know what we're doing next because every training session is a fun new circuit. Since training with Annie I have went from doing 2 sit ups to now doing sit ups with no problem. My waist has shrunk tremendously, overall i feel happy and confident! Can't wait to continue my fitness journey with an amazing trainer! :)
