I’ve been using Anytime fitness in Pleasantville for 6 months and extremely happy with this facility. I live in Florida and I am in NY one to two weeks a month. The gym is very accommodating with a wide range of fitness equipment. There are no restrictions in hours which works for everyone’s schedule. The gym is kept clean from the exercise areas to the bathrooms. I look forward to my visit every month!

Don't get involved with these scam artists! Once they have your info they will raise your rate without notifying you. They will continue to charge you even if you cancel and turn in your key. There are too many other options to put yourself through the hassle.

Been a member of this gym for almost 2 yrs . I reside in the village and the best part is walking distance from our home . Membership fee is very reasonable for being open for 24 hrs / 7days a week. It’s a good size and they all have the equipment that you need , a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Place is very cozy and comfy, cleanliness is maintained. They have great Zumba classes . Instructors are all nice sweet and kind . Kudos to Karen , Tobin and Mabel. Easy to freeze membership if you are out of town . Just email them and let them know . Not to mention all the staff are very friendly especially the very sweet manager Jessica . You can talk to her anytime for any concerns. I highly recommend this facility in the area of Mt Pleasant. Last year I was looking for an in expensive gym that I could join with my 13 year old daughter so we can exercise together. I came across Anytime Fitbess Gym in Pleasantville. We checked it out ,Loved it so we joined for a month to try it, Then we joined , they offer Teacher discounts. It is very clean and safe, there is usually parking. The machines are very simple and easy to use, the classes and Instructors are Amazing! Cycling with Maria or Billy, Zumba with Mabel , Karen, or Tobin, Body Sculpting with Kate. Everyone is so sweet and kind, we have made a lot of new friends.

This gym is everything a gym should be in my opinion. It’s clean, the people who work there are nice and always ready to help. I started going this gym in August 2023 when I first got to America. It was challenging but anytime I felt unsure I asked Jessica for help and she’s always helped with a smile on her face and without gatekeeping anything. It really has become my safe space because even the people that go there are so nice and always willing to lend a helping hand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I am thrilled to be a new member of Anytime Fitness. I had signed up at the Elmsford location this past Saturday! I was really excited knowing I could finally get my full workouts in. I am looking to exploring the other location as well. I am actually writing this from the Pleasantville location and I am very impressed from what I see. I highly recommend looking into Anytime Fitness! They are conveniently located throughout Westchester County. Three of them are right by the Saw Mill River Parkway being the Elmsford, Pleasantville, and Bedford Hills locations! Hi, so I’ve never really left a negative review on any business until today. I’ve been part of the Westchester community, I coach soccer and been to many gyms in the Westchester area! With that said, here’s my review about this gym…

Jessica the manager is amazing! She’s very helpful and does her best to explain whatever sticky situation you’re in with this business! I say business because i completely understand the aspect of it but this gym are in it for the money. My membership is $54 and i don’t mind paying for it but it becomes ridiculous when they hit you with late fees and you explain why and they don’t even try to refund you. Twice I’ve had to change my card because of fraud not by them but by something else which then on one occasion they said it was late when i was trying to pay the day off. They did wave the late fee but today, April 15, i spoke to Jessica and she told be this is the 3rd and this time she couldn’t do anything. Apperantly my card got declined on the 13th but didn’t on the 15th? Seems very strange and i got hit with a $20 penalty.

I also recommended my brother to this gym which he goes but the referral won’t get added to your last month of your contract so don’t expect to get a free month of membership until then. They also have you sign a contract for 2 years i believe and they auto renew without explaining it and going into detail. I saw a review just now from a person who says this is illegal. Is it? I don’t know but you can do your own research! Also, if you want to freeze your account for let’s say 2 months you can with no charge but then they extend your contract for 2 months so please be aware of that.

It’s a small gym and there’s been a few times where machines have been broken but again, what can you expect from a business who’s just in it for the money!! All in all i would never ever recommend this gym to anyone else. This review is my own personal opinion and my experience with Anytime Fitness gym! My record shows how many times I’ve never been late with paying my membership but they can’t help you and wave a simple $20 late fee. I hope someone does read this long review and who knows, they may take it down but i hope this is helpful to someone! Thank you!!

Extremely small gym. Not worth paying that price. I got in the contract for 2 years so I could get the discount for $50 a month. I found out my work place has a gym, I tried canceling my membership but they did not allow me, and stated I had to pay %60 percent of whole payment upfront.... I just had the membership while did not utilize it.

Had to Ring a Ring Doorbell to get into this place for a “tour” I was walking around, and then finally someone came up to me and asked if they could help me I said yes, I was possibly looking to join your gym- she replied “I’m currently on my break right now, in the middle of a set, can you come back in an hour?” I just wanted to be kind and replied sure. Then as I was leaving, someone was screaming at me through the ring doorbell saying oh sir I must of just missed you. I think this place needs a reality check on customer service.
