It provides a warm, bright and inviting space that calls you to visit, and brings out your best whether you are new to barre or an experienced “barre-tender.” It is a magical space for old and new friends, who share a passion for total mind and body wellness, to call home.

As a barre method a long time student I appreciate great instructors at this studio
The audio is beautifully designed and there is plenty parking. Jen the owner, is very welcoming and all the staff are friendly . Love the knowledge of teachers who teach awesome classes!

Thumbs up to this new barre in town. I have never taken a barre class before and I cannot speak more highly of this studio. Clean, safe, welcoming and far from intimidating for new comers. The instructor walked me through all the positions! I can’t wait to get back!!!
