My time at bee relentless boxing was good in terms of the actual program, but I can’t shake the feeling of getting scammed. “Coach” Stephen comes off as decent person on the surface, but his true nature is more fraudulent than anything. I want to be clear this behavior isn’t shared by the other coaches as well, but solely him.
I was enticed to join the program through instagram, where they advertised a 6-week transformation program. When meeting in person, I was explicitly told that the program was worth over 1,000$ (which clearly isn’t true), yet i was being offered the price of 600$ for the 6 weeks I would attend. The true pricing that they offer attendees is either 39-49$ a week, which means I was charged double than the highest rate they even offer regular people. If this could be done to me, this could also be done to other people and I hope my review prevents this from happening to other people.
The worst part is that he sells it to you as if your interest is truly on his mind, when his entire objective is to sell you on a dream. The only difference between the 6 week program and the regular classes is that you meet biweekly with a coach and log meals onto an app they have you download in the beginning. There is no special treatment and they even limit the amount of classes you can do within the 6 weeks. The slimiest part about him is that he had the nerve to shake my hand and smile in my face like he didn’t lie to me. He doesn’t even teach any of the classes there, he’s simply the owner of a business trying to capitalize on those looking to better their health.
The overall environment of the classes is great, the other boxers are nice people and the legitimate coaches are actually trying to see you do better. I just wish that there was more transparency on the pricing because ultimately I was scammed. I want to be clear this review has nothing to do with the progress I made during the 6 weeks, but I want to be sure anybody attempting to attend these classes knows exactly what they are getting into so that they don’t end up getting scammed the way I did.
I hope “coach” Stephen gets everything he deserves moving forward.

Best gym I've ever been a part of. Friendly and encouraging atmosphere. No judgment at all. You are pushed to be your best, but never left feeling belittled or having felt like your effort wasn't good enough. Lots of various team challenges to join if you want, great get together. When I first looked at Bee Relentless I did not know what expect. I was pleasantly surprise by how professional and organized Stephen and Sam were. They have an amazing system designed to help you not only reach your goal, but exceed your goal. Everything was simplified with easy instructions on meals and workouts. All you have to do is follow the system and show up. I have tried many other programs to lose weight and get in shape but nothing else compares to this simple but effective approach.
I found the boxing and HIT exercises to be very addictive and fun. I always left energized after a quick workout and found myself looking forward to the next workout. I have never been to a place that has NO judgement at all and everyone is so friendly and courteous.
The 6-week program was so simple to follow with amazing results. I lost approximately 15lbs of my body fat and made great gains in muscle mass. I feel fantastic…..
If you are looking for an easy to follow system that produces great results and is addictive, you need to give Bee Relentless a try. With their guarantee, you have Nothing to lose.

I’ve been coming to Bee Relentless for a while, and it’s been an awesome experience. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and good about providing modifications to accommodate everybody. The workouts are challenging but not impossible, and it’s been really rewarding seeing myself improve over time.
There is also a great sense of community at Bee Relentless. You’ll find others are friendly and supportive, which makes the sessions more fun and motivating.
I recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of where you’re starting out!

I’ve been going to this boxing gym for over a year now, and it’s one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. The combination of boxing technique and HIIT workouts is incredibly effective — every session pushes me beyond my limits in the best way possible. This place is everything a gym should be! Each time you go your workout is different and works the whole body! The instructors push you using positivity and encouragement and always offer alternatives if the particular exercise is too tough for your body. I've been a member of Bee Relentless since Aug 2024 when I joined the 6 week challenge. Yes, the upfront cost for the challenge is pricey, but I can see why it is. Firstly, it is your buy in for accountability to get your skin in the game. From there, you're given a foundational nutrition plan that helps jump start your wellness journey. I'll emphasize the key phrase *foundational.* The program challenges you to be proactive to communicate your nutitional and fitness needs, limits, likes, dislikes, etc to find what can work within the limits of the program. For instance, I went on a week-long business trip out of state where I literally ate out for every.single.meal. Finding stuff to eat is a challenge, but it makes you proactively think about what you're putting in your mouth. With support and communication with the team, I made it work and still came out on top!
On the fitness side, the 45 min classes kick donkey butt. I did have an asthma attack my first class! But, with the hands on approach from the coaches, me asking questions, and sticking with it all, everything started getting easier with each go. Every class is a different combination of boxing/kickboxing cardio routines mixed with HIIT strength training. It is faced paced, but you are encouraged to work at your pace and within your limits. Every class also has different exercises so it's never the same thing twice - just the general format and timing remain the same with half cardio boxing and half strength training. There are no mirrors in the main gym area (which I personally appreciate). You're not competiting against other members, we're all on the same journey.
Sure, I did not lose a "ton" on the scale initially on the 6 week program; however, it absolutely changed my way of thinking and approach to nutrition and fitness. Since August to posting this in Apr 2025, I have lost 20 lbs on the scale, but have lost a great proprotion of fat while gaining a bit of muscle. My resting heart rate has dropped over 10 pts from the mid/high 70s bpm to low 60s/upper 50 bpm. This is a place I genuinely look forward to coming to.
Stephen and Sam are a power duo along with the other coaches in the gym that do their best to accomodate all bodies, ages, fitness levels and capabilities. They will hold you accountable when you need it, but ultimately the wellness journey falls on you from start to finish. At the same time, the team is there for you when you have moments where you may fall of the wagon or life just throws all sorts of suck at you to make things challenging. There is no judgement, just support where and when you need and want it. The wins are celebrated and the slips, bumps and falls are expected but not criticized (except maybe when you need it...in an encouraging manner :) ).
The biggest thing I admire and keep coming back for is the community and comradery you can build with fellow members. From "Hive Hangouts" and internal gym challenges, there is always something to encourage and allow you to feel included.
Is it on the pricer side? Yes. Does it royally kick your butt? Yes. Are there times where you'll get frustrated with the coaches and team? Yes. Are there times where you can't feel like you can do it? Yes. Is the membership full of dorks, nerds, weird and fun people and that diversity is celebrated? Hell yeah. Is it 100% perfect. No. Is it for absolutely everybody? No, but the team will do the best they can to accomodate to work within your means and needs. Can you just flake your way through the process? Absolutely not. You get out what you put in, and I don't regret taking the first steps and efforts to get my middle aged butt in gear. Bee Relentless takes a lot of the guess work out of things, but members thrive when they have the drive to be part of the Hive.

I have spent the last 18 months trying to get my strength back. I suffered pain, fatigue and weight gain due to circumstances completely out of my control. As my medical team and people close to me helped me start to find answers, I was told to give something different and more social a shot.
I have always wanted to try boxing. My social anxiety always prevented me from walking into a gym by myself and seeing what it was about. But I had great interactions with Coach Stephen before my first visit, and felt okay going.
And I am SO glad I did. BeeRelentless has taught me that the number on the scale doesn’t matter, and that there are other aspects to show success that are far less stressful. The trainers are incredibly welcoming and supportive, the other members are so kind, and the gym itself just feels so welcoming.
I am changing, inside and out, because of this gym. And boxing is the BEST way to relieve stress. I am so thankful that I am part of a gym community who is truly relentless in helping people achieve their goals.
Everyone should try a class. Or two…or three. Or just join, because you’ll want to after a week, I promise you that!

Bee Relentless has made me fall in love with working out again! I joined in late November and proud to say that 5 months later, I continue to come to classes at least 3 times a week. The workouts are hard, but fun! The format of 1 minute exercises means you are constantly switching it up and I never ever get bored. The coaches are supportive and helpful, and they also assist with nutrition as well which is a huge bonus I’ve never experienced at another gym before. I've never had a gym membership for more than a month before I started at Bee Relentless because honestly? I hate working out. I think bee relentless boxing has everything I was looking for all wrapped into one. The classes hit everything I want to hit during a workout and the instructors are super helpful with critiquing and motivating you throughout the whole class! They all work with you throughout the week everyday on your diet plan and finding ways to help you stick to it. I think that is my favorite part, I have someone checking in not only one the workout portion but just asking how everything is going in general. They want to make sure you are getting everything you want out of your time at the gym and will adjust and change anything you are not happy with! I love everything about this place! The instructors are amazing and so is everyone who works there. The instructors do a great job catering the workout to you, if you can't do something or want the workout to be more difficult, the instructors will modify your workout to suite your needs. Overall, Bee Relentless has been a great addition to my life. My Wife and I completed the 6 week program to start, hoping to kickstart a new lifestyle (we had been very sedimentary the past few years). We were not expecting the nutrition plan that came along with attending classes 3x a week but are so happy that we put our all into the program. After the 6 weeks, I can safely say we are both healthier, better stamina, more muscles and ultimately, changed our lifestyle!!! We now have the tools to make better choices in life post 6 week program life, but, we loved Bee so much, that we are still going to classes 3x a week to continue improving our health. Finished the 6 week program and let’s just say I am proud of my results and then some, and am continuing with them because I have some more goals to achieve. Be forewarned though…you are going to get the results according to the amount of work you put into it or not put into it.
Coach Stephen was VERY understanding of my needs and made me feel safe, heard, and validated when divulging difficult times of my childhood that led me to finally healing my physical body to live a healthier lifestyle.
I had Kristina and Katie as my trainers for the group sessions, and they are AMAZING! I told them right off the bat about my back issues, and would provide modifications for me to still get my results, and would check on me at every session to make sure I was feeling 100 in my body. Also….good music to workout to!
When it came to the nutrition side…Sam and Cassie were rockstars towards me, I never felt bad if I slipped and they would offer positive encouragement to stay on my goal, answered allll of my questions (clarifying questions are your friend people), and even sent me recipe ideas.

I started at Bee Relentless boxing because I needed a change in my life. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if it would work for me, but from the very first meeting to discuss the gym I felt very comfortable. Everybody I interacted with made me feel like it was the right place to be. I hit a number of goals very quickly with the help of the workouts and the nutrition guides/information provided. Roughly eight months later and I still feel exactly the same way. It is a great atmosphere, workouts that push me every single time, and a part of my weekly routine now. The owners and trainers are all very knowledgeable and make it feel very comfortable wherever you are at. I started off with the 6 week challenge in January 2025 to start off my weight loss journey. During the 6 weeks, I not only changed physically, but have gained a great way to improve my overall wellbeing! I have more energy, endurance and confidence to try new things. Started going in September 2024 as part of the 6 week challenge. Those 6 weeks might have been rough at the start but with the nutrition guidelines provided and tough workouts in class, I quickly started feeling better and seeing results weekly with the body scans. At the end of the 6 weeks, I had lost about 15 pounds of just body fat.
Since becoming a member, there's been a ton of stuff I've loved. The variety of classes from boxing and kickboxing to the Chaos classes, the challenges to help motivate members to meet and exceed their goals, the free gym when there are no classes, and the personalized assistance to help people build goals whether that be fat loss or building muscle. The workouts are always fun and challenging, I always leave drenched in sweat. Most importantly, the instructors are great and will actively try to help you with form or providing modifications to workouts that better suit the needs of your body.
10/10, would recommend to a friend.

I’ve been a part of the Hive for almost a year and it’s been such a positive and supportive atmosphere. You don’t have to be a gym rat, or super fit, you come as you are and the coaches help you reach whatever personal goals you set for yourself. Before I joined, Coach Sam sat me down and really asked why I set foot through that door, and listened without any judgement. She validated my feelings and walked me through why Bee Relentless was different from other gyms. Whew! Where do I begin. There are not enough word to express how transformational my experience at Bee Relentless gym has been. I walked in a bit skeptical thinking I would only be working out and over time got soooooo much more. Bee Relentless is more than a gym it’s an experience. From the amazingly down to earth people (staff and members), to the combo of fitness and nutrition, and the level of knowledge the team has that makes the whole process never “get boring.” I use to be someone who hated going to the gym because to be honest I didn’t know what I was doing, got bored and had no clue what my WHY was for working out. But, Stephen helped me to find my why and work myself out a funk that had plagued me for years. And baby the results!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥This process opened me up to getting myself back into the driver seat of my life and I’ll be a Bee Relentless member til I die! Now this place will not solve all your problems and do it for you. Like anything, you get out of it what you put in. But, they have a great pathway and formula that works, if you work it. The $600 deposit for the boot camp at this gym isn’t justified due to several key issues. The program is marketed as a challenging, results-driven experience, but it falls short in delivering personalized support. Coaches are often unavailable or dismissive when assistance is needed, and the promised nutritional plan is generic and lacks meaningful guidance. Additionally, misleading information about costs (such as the deposit going toward future programs) and hidden fees (like red light therapy only being available after further commitment) make it feel deceptive. On top of that, the cancellation process is confusing and not as flexible as promised, with unexpected charges and poor customer service. Overall, the program doesn’t provide enough value to justify the high cost. I could have gotten much more personalized training and meal guide from a singular trainer at any other gym for much less.
Some details below:
1. Lack of Attention from Coaches: It often felt like the coaches were more focused on signing up new clients than helping current members. Once I paid, it seemed like I was no longer a priority.
For example, when I mentioned to Sam's husband that my wrist hurt and asked for guidance on how to hit the bag properly, he told me he was busy and never followed up. A week later, when my wrist pain worsened, Coach Kate asked why I wasn’t using hand wraps and suggested I ask Sam's husband for one. He gave me the wrap but said he said he was too busy with another client and told me to wait for a tutorial video instead. Frustrated my wrist hurt and I was already missing expensive class time that I paid for, I asked Coach Kate for help during class, she was kind enough to quickly show me how to wrap my hands in about 30 seconds.
During the program, the coaches completely forgot to schedule my 3-week meeting, so I only met with them once at the start and once at the end. Scheduling was also difficult, which meant we didn’t discuss my progress until the program was over, adding to my frustration. When I mentioned this to Sam, she tried to explain it away by saying one of the coaches had left, but that didn’t make sense since he never worked with me and didn’t address the issues I was having.
Before leaving, I suggested to the coaches that they offer some sort of class, chart, or tutorial videos to help people with techniques, especially on how to hit the bag. I hope they took the feedback into account
2. Misleading / deceptive sales strategy.
When I signed up, I was told the $600 deposit for the "FREE 6-week" boot camp would go toward any future program or service. However, after completing the program, I was told it actually went toward the annual membership fee or something, which was confusing and not clearly explained. Additionally, the red light therapy was only available with a longer commitment, which also wasn’t made clear upfront and just very frustrating.
The boot camp included a "tailored" nutritional plan, but it was actually a very general guide. The trainers gave a brief explanation, but I was still unclear on how to follow certain aspects, especially when I had questions about my progress. I suggested that, if a client isn’t following the plan, more personalized advice or alternatives should be offered. The plan itself consisted mainly of recipes stored in Google Drive folders, which I often forgot to check. It would have been much more helpful if they had provided specific alternatives or linked recipes directly to make it easier to follow.

My first workout was hard for me, but I felt fabulous after. The next day it “hurt so good”! I never sweated so much at any other place or was checked on to make sure I was doing it properly. Boxing is an amazing workout but so is the HIIT after the boxing. Wow. You REALLY get a workout. It’s not like other gyms where you are left to make up your own routine with nobody driving you to be accountable. Wanna get fit? This is your gym!

It's NOT free. There is a "deposit" to "show" how dedicated you are. They do say IF you complete the 6-week program and decide you want to leave, you will get the deposit back in full; but only if you complete the program to their level of requirements.
This I have no problem over. However, $599.99 is a tad bit steep for me.
I think the groundwork for a good program involving motivation and dedication is there, the price? Not so much.

I have been going to Bee Relentless since September 2021 and have only good words to say about it.
Stephen, the owner, is an excellent instructor who will push you beyond your limits if that is what you want. Whether you are starting or consider yourself an advanced athlete who wants to up their game and get strong and fit, this place will totally live up to your expectations.
For those interested in boxing, the place has plentiful punching bags, boxing gloves (sanitized), and mitts, and you can pair up with enough enthusiasts. For those who only wish to stay fit, Stephen will plan every week with a mix of strength, cardio, and HIIT, not to mention boxing practice with the bags and mitts. There are tonnes of resistance bands of all shapes and sizes, met balls, weights, bars, a bunch of machines for targeted workouts, and more. Like everyone, I got an in-body scan to help me make and keep track of my fitness goals. Stephen can set this up for you.
More importantly, the group of people who come to Bee relentless makes this place so much fun! Miss'em when I am not around!

Bee Relentless is more than a boxing gym or workout facility. It's a community of like minded individuals who lift each other up and genuinely care about one another. I began working out at Bee Relentless in Nov. 2020, and pretty instantly was "hooked" on the workouts. Each one is challenging. Some are definitely "more enjoyable" than others. (Burpees can be left off any time IMO! LOL) But each one is effective and it doesn't take long to really fall in love with it.
Stephen, the owner and our "fearless leader" doesn't just instruct on how and what to do (or not to do); he puts his heart and soul into his business and his clients. Personally, I can't say enough good about him as a trainer or as a man. He is authentic and honest. He genuinely cares about his clients well being; not just in the workouts, but overall. On occasion even offering a friendly hug when he recognizes a particularly hard day in those he knows best. He's funny and keeps us laughing, he doesn't take life too seriously and he understands that we all have our unique abilities and problems. So while he's pushing us to get in our best for that workout, he's empathetic that some days our best looks very different than others.
Besides that, the "FRAMILY," that I've been welcomed into at Bee Relentless is nothing short of amazing. I've made some really awesome friendships and connections that, let's just be honest, isn't easy to do in today's world as adults.
The workouts are TOUGH. I leave each day knowing I just did something! And while Boxing might not be for everyone, there is something for everyone at Bee Relentless. Whether it's a boxing class where you learn the basics, a competitive (or non-competitive) sparing class where you match up against another and push each other, a strength training class where you take your body to it's limit with weights, or a HIIT class where you may want to lie down (and I often do) at the end of it and relish in it being DONE, each workout is different and challenging!
Overall, It's a fantastic "gym". But it's SO MUCH MORE, and it's definitely worth a try. (just don't take the bag in the front row all the way to the right... that one's mine). LOL ;-)

My boyfriend and I found Bee Relentless last fall and it shortly became a second home to us.
