My wife has been going to Before and After Fitness Center for over a year and loves it. I finally joined in December. It's a nice sized gym with a good variety of equipment. Many classes are offered across a range of times. The owner and the trainers are always helpful and take the time to understand your fitness level, restrictions, and goals to give the best advice possible. They help you modify your workout to fit your ability then work to help you improve over time. The owner was very responsive when I contacted him about joining. Highly recommended.

I've been a member of many gyms and worked with many different trainers over the years. This gym and its trainers are definitely the best. They have all the equipment of larger gyms. They offer classes at various fitness levels so no matter where you are on you fitness journey you can find something for you here. I highly recommend the trainers. They are all very knowledgeable and help you perform your best.

Whether exercising on my own, with a personal trainer or participating in the classes, this gym has provided me with the best overall experience of any gym that I have previously attended. I’ve been a member of Before and After Health Club for a few months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Holly Kerr, Fitness Trainer Extraordinaire asked during class today if we thought she was taking to us when she was giving cues on our form.

I used to think she was NOT talking to me, when I first started, as I assumed my form was good - after all, I’d been working out for years - surely I knew what I was doing? HA!!

Now I ALWAYS think Holly is talking to me and I am ALWAYS able to improve my form because of her cues!!

Good gym with everything you'd need for strength training or cardio, including barbell equipment. They offer day/week passes, which is what I'm using while in town. If you're interested in a temporary pass, I'd recommend calling early, because staff isn't always present. Would be a member if I lived nearby.

Well my wife & I just moved into the area & were looking for a place to workout. I need to change my shape & she wants to keep hers! We heard about Before & After and decided to check it out. Our first impression was they offer so many different workout activities. There is some type of fitness regime available for all ages. We met with Joe & he set us up with John the trainer who helped us figure out what exercises we should start with to hit our goals. He gave us an assessment to see where we were at in our fitness (I have a long way to go!) We got a workout plan that will get us started & have been sweating our butts off since. It's nice that we can access the gym 24/7 because we both have flexible schedules.

The facilities are clean & the equipment is varied. They have machines for everything from simple cardio to some kind of infinity ladder. I know that the recumbent elliptical will help me with my bad knees & my wife likes the fact she can do all her mat-work without me getting in the way.

We're now using free weights & can say that has really helped us strengthen our core muscles. I've already seen improvement in how long I can hold a plank!

We've met a few members & everyone really likes the atmosphere & friendliness of the staff. We love the idea there is a camaraderie-type feeling there.

As someone who has struggled with his weight I really like the idea that the staff @ Before & After are there for you & personal. My wife knows she can do her thing & get the advice she needs, while I can focus on weight loss & strengthening all at the same time.

By far the best gym I've ever been too. Best part is, it's not a franchise, it's a private owned gym. They have quite a few trainers that don't over charge their clients. It's never crowded. I wish I would have heard about this gym a lot sooner. I LOVE this gym and the owner is super sweet. Another good thing, there's NO hidden fees!
