I had originally given this gym a 4 stars however after an incident that happened yesterday I must recall that last rating. Delush or whatever his name may be, is the owner manager don't know.What I do know is that he is not professional. I came in with my nefew as a guest. I didn't know you had to call ahead of time to announce a guest. My fault, however The manager or owner decided to make a scene in front of everyone on how my nefew smelled like pot, and how I was supposed to call ahead of time to announce the fact that I was bringing a guest. My nefew immediately exited the premises, and after the fact the manager still felt the need to tell my nefew to leave. I would never bring any guest or refer anyone. Besides since I began going to this gym the stair climber still hasn't been repaired. 6 months by the way. The only perks to the gym are that its open 24 hrs and its not crowed late at night.

i just moved back to NYC. This place doesn't have a phone number listed. So I walked there, but nobody was working, so I called a phone number that they had on the wall. The guy I talked to was a total jerk. All he had to do was simply be a somewhat normal human being and he would have had my business. How do you mess that up?

Tengo una muy mala experiencia aquí en este lugar. Pagué mi membresía anual a los 7 meses de aumentar mis visitas, este señor me acusó de meter a otras personas al edificio lo cual es falso, me penalizó por un mes y por reclamarle, me liquidó la membresía anual y me amenazó que si iva, llamaría a la policía,, lo cual me parece muy extremo . Me siento perjudicado.

Don’t sign up to this gym . I got kicked out for asking why I was being over charged and asking for my money back . I went to this gym for over a year and I don’t believe I ever saw it cleaned once. Bathrooms never have soap and if they do it’s watered down shampoo. Probably the worst gym I’ve ever been to. I dont recommend it to anyone unless you’re looking for a dirty gym to work out at.

Really good gym, small but good. I love the fact that it open 24/7 and big parking lot. I have yet running into issues with wait time for the machine, so I can get my work out done nice and fast. The towel are free to use and always have full stock when you walk in.

Big plus in this gym is the owner Lou is a really nice and funny. He is like your long lost buddy from high school lol.

PS. You will not run into people taking workout video and yell at you for walking into their video here which is a huge + + in today’s gym.

Something always felt off about the manager, but I always gave him the benefit of the doubt. Next thing I know picks a fight with me for accusing him of being a creep (which I never did). I was changing in the girls locker room, he yelled hello and I said someone's in here and he still looks in and smiles just to ask if the dryer was on instead of apologizing. I told him he shouldn't be in here, then as soon as I tried to leave he verbally attacked me in front of everyone. He said that he didn't hear me and that I was trying to make him look a certain way and that he didn't like my tone. What I was confused about was that from the same distance, how can he not hear me yell "someone in here" but he can hear my "attitude." He was unnecessarily defensive and really scared me once he got up to yell even more. I think what sucks the most is that I trusted him to make the gym a safe space for me and always tried to be cordial. Regardless if you're a young woman DO NOT come here, he is a ticking time bomb and will take out all his anger on you if you are not perfect and sweet.

I had a terrible experience at this gym. The gym owner was unprofessional, and the gym itself is small. The people who work out there are weird, and the flooring by the heavy bag is very bad—I kept tripping. I ended up canceling my membership. I don’t recommend anyone going here. Save yourself the trouble!!! Don’t join this gym. I signed up with a coworker and for some reason they had trouble charging my card. My cards all have money on the account so I gave them my direct card linked to my job. It’s pure discrimination in this club with the membership. He gave me a discount on membership because my coworker was a female. She stopped using the gym months ago because they over charged her account several times to the point she had to place a block on her card. And from since June 2024 until present they came up with some bogus story that my membership fee had trouble being paid claiming it’s not paid when you clearly charged my account several times in one month. Clearly it’s the bgymclub making errors and want to end peoples membership through discrimination. I had no interaction with any staff all I did was use the gym after work but the owner claims my card had problems with the payment. I’ve been putting up with their overcharged fees and multiple charges for membership ($30 ) every single month 2 and 3 times when it’s only suppose to be charged once. They had to refund me each time because they kept overcharging my card. Now one night in October I tried to use the gym and I was denied access. This is an American Express card!!!! They don’t deny me anything even when traveling overseas!!! The claim was my payment didn’t go through. On my account the transaction said pending but he canceled the membership because he just didn’t want me in the gym for some reason. If I’ve been paying every single month for a whole year and I’ve been charged multiple times where I had to monitor my accounts to make sure they weren’t stealing from me then their is no other explanation why I was removed from the gym membership besides this owner discriminating members. No interaction what so ever and I paid my membership fee each and every month. You can’t kick someone out of a gym because you charge a card and it said pending. Sometimes the bank takes a little time to get it processed. Don’t need this gym any way. I bought my own and placed it right in my own purchased home. His gym is dirty anyways. The painting on the walls peel off especially in the restroom , stained in the shower and on toilets and they are very tight on space as they keep rearranging equipment because this gym is too congested. Planet fitness is wayyy better than here!!! Save yourself the money and forget this clown because if u read the reviews you will see how the owner discriminate members. They tend to overcharge people accounts for no reason and the place ain even worth $10 membership. The floor cushion always moving from under feet so you might even trip and fall trying to maneuver to equipments. Always have some sort of repair and dust in the gym. They can’t even have a good clear ventilation through out the gym as they have to post signs saying don’t touch the windows because clearly everyone tries to open the windows. Save yourself the time and choose any other gym. I can’t control how the bank works. I use the card to pay bills and shopping but only Bgymclub have an issue with the charges no one else. Clearly he just wanted me removed from the gym as I did nothing but use the gym after work and make the payments each and every single month. I’ll add the photos to show how they play around with charges to prove they over charged me several times. Had I not monitor my transactions they would have stolen hundreds out of my account. Imagine you charge someone for a membership but deny them access even when the payment was cleared. Then want to send a bogus email claiming he refunded the late fee charge and I now have access again. My card is automatically charged from bgymclub so I don’t understand why they had problems charging. I’m now putting a block on all my cards because they like to steal people hard earned money. Trust me don’t join this gym!!! And if you scroll through the 1 star comments you will see the majority bad reviews are men. Take a look you will see!!! I pray and hope they shut down this place

This place is a scam. I cancelled my membership months ago in person with the gym owner himself who assured me my membership was cancelled and I will no longer be charged, only now come to realize they’ve been charging me this whole time. For the same price you could go to a Planet Fitness or Blink and they won’t keep skimming you if you decide to cancel. Push Fitness is nearby for $10 more and significantly less sketchy and also won’t skim your account every month after cancellation.

Best gym environment with a professional friendly staff. The manager is a down to earth guy who is big on integrity while bringing happiness and high energy to all who comes to his gym. Great hours of operation….24hrs… and transportation easy. Parking free, next to highway and bus stop right outside. Great sunrise panoramic views of the Whitestone bridge. What is not great about it. Oh… pricing reasonable and ample reasonable freedom to train the way you want. Gym is still upgrading too because manager is an innovator for bringing out the excitement of working out to a 230 pound fat me to a 202 in 6 months. Like the guy Lou said get back to healthy.

the guy asked me pay for a $70 cancellation fee when I am still “in contact” (I paid over $215 for just going there for 2 months, fortunately I didn’t sign up any paper with them) and I just wanted the $25 deposit back for returning the useless key.
The guy is very rude to the customer and kept saying: don’t lean on my counter. I’m the owner….

I love this gym. The owner Lou is the best. Lou always takes the time to talk to you or give you pointers if you ask. He makes the best protein shakes. The gym feels like home at this point. The gym has a lot of windows looking out from the 3rd floor, giveing you a nice view when you work out on certain machines. It's open 24/7.
I can't say enough good things about this place, or Lou. The community is great. Everyone I've spoken to has been nice & given me pointers when I ask. My experience at this gym has been nothing short of great. There's a free water station to fill up your water bottle, there's free sweat towels by the front door when you walk in, always nicely rolled up & smelling fresh. Plenty of equipment, free weights, even boxing bags. I never have trouble accessing the machines I like to use. Fuimos con una amiga, a probar por un día, el encargado, muy desagradable, nos hizo firmar un papel dudoso, con mis datos de tarjeta y dirección, el costo no era fijo, cambiaba de un número a otro... nos cobro 175$ para la membresía, más 2 meses por adelantado el cual no autorice en ese momento, hasta ahora devolvió solo los 175 y los otros 2 meses ( 44.44$ x2 = 88.88$) no ha devuelto, la persona que atiende ese día que fuimos me tocó partes del cuerpo sin autorización, supuestamente demostrando que la máquina que estaba utilizando trabajaría "esa parte de mi cuerpo".
Al día siguiente que fui a reclamar esos debitos sin mi autorización, lo único q dijo es: "voy a pedir el reembolso y ya no eres miembro, devuélveme la llave" de una mala manera. Ahora entiendo el porqué de que no haya gente casi en ese gym. Un gym pequeño, pero limpio con buen estacionamiento pero el trato HORRIBLE!

The atmosphere is relaxed and it's refreshing to not be in a basement .Parking is free and is so plentiful that you will immediately find a spot in its secure lot. Joined the gym back in January. I personally love going because it’s low key, clean, and you get to work out. The other gyms around here are overpriced and your waiting around for machines to be unoccupied. It’s a great gym to join. The membership fee is fair. Parking is great!

Open 24/7, great location, safe building, free parking. All new equipment, not that crowded, no waiting in line for machines. This gym is low key, has everything you need for a great workout, without the over the top self obsessed video and selfie culture. If you are serious to work out, this is a great gym to get in shape and an alternative for other over crowded gyms in this area.

There isn’t any info on the cost of memberships online, if you call to ask about it, you’re told to come down and that they don’t discuss about it over the phone. Probably to scam you or guilt trip you in person lmao. Juice head needs to just shut down his business if he can’t be professional.

I went in today to find out more about the gym and I was told by someone who apparently worked there that all the information was online, they had a $175 sign up fee and a $45 per month membership, when I asked why should I pick this gym over others the guy reacted like I was insulting him and automatically got defensive and shout to me “why do you keep looking at me? Do I have something on my face? It’s weird, to which I kindly replied I feel that I can look at people in the eyes when I’m speaking to them, he shook his head down into the computer of the front desk and said to me “I find that highly offensive “ I walked away because I felt this man was feeling very hostile and his words and actions were foolish for an employee to represent a company, maybe he is part owner and feels that new business is not needed but you certainly should not treat the public like they, specially if they are looking for a service

Reading the reviews about the veiny juice head serving the front counter and how rude he is I had to see it myself. The information is not concrete and the pricing changes on a dime. Now it’s $90 a month to work out in this small gym without contract when it was $45 a few weeks ago? I’m good. Stay away from here. People going here don’t know the value they are getting compared to the rate and how much they are being ripped off for this price. Glad I didn’t sign up before bumping into the rude fella. Probably would of regretted it afterwards.

If I could give a 0, I would. I recently signed up for this gym and on my first day me and my sister in law wanted to try the gym out for free to see how we like it. The owner aka the scammer/ Mr. steroids man , whom I can only describe as a manipulative individual coerced us into signing up by enticing us with free smoothies for a week, 1 free locker (that barely fits a jacket), and hoodies. During our workouts, Mr. Steroids would excessively monitor us through the security cameras while we were working out. It seemed off to us, but we dismissed it and did not think about it too much. Eventually he had the audacity to put his hands on me without consent. He full on grabbed me with my arms to the side. I was in absolute shock and I had no words at that moment. We ended up confronting him about it and canceled our membership. Despite this, he charged us additional cancelation fees which he never mentioned when we were signing up. Do yourself a favor and do not attend this gym because HE WILL SCAM YOU.

after seeing rushhour deal for $25 a month / 12month on website, i called to inquire about the promo. the guy who picked up the phone said that promo is only for 12AM -5AM usage (even though website did NOT mention this). but he was somewhat nice enough to tell me that if i come now to sign up, i can get membership for $35 a month /12 month with no contract fee (contract fee??. where did this come from? again, nothing mentioned in website). i sense very shady business practice here. proceed cautiously when joining.

It’s an alright gym. Small but quiet no one goes here. BIGGEST complaint: they put in a new keycard system to get in the gym but nobody let me know. I’ve been standing outside the door for 15 minutes straight TWO days in a row, spamming their front desk phone number, and yet got no answer. IDK anything about the gym business but this isn’t right 🤣

This gym is near where I live and I've been trying to find a new gym. First, I want to take look if there have the equipments that I usually used it, then deciding whether or not to join. But a man who said he was the owner and asked me to write down all my information (my phone number, name,address… ). I explain to him and ask permission to look around first. He got impatient and said you need to sign all the information, if you want to get in, which I did it. However, on the paper, there is no option for address, ( he ask me to sign address too) , I ask him where should I sign the address. He get annoying and tell me “this gym is not for you…”in very rude way. I back to check review , now I know why people left those review. Dear friend, please don’t waste your money and your time deal with these people. These people should not do service and this fitness should not even present.

The gym is clean and quiet. Very good in that regard. Has excellent parking. It's on the smaller side. Think of it as a super hotel gym. Many of the machines are universal, as they can be used for many things. Only one squat rack, that is also the only bench/shoulder press, that is also the only spot to deadlift; so only one powerlifter at a time. They do have a punching bag. There is no dedicated calf machine. Location is also unique, with great views of the Cross Island Parkway. Lots of windows and ventilation.
However, management and sales practices can seem a bit sleazy. Arrived, no one was at the front desk. I had to look for someone. Found someone, started offering me lifetime membership ($65 a month, and thats the discount price) immediately, tried to sell me on lotions and towels (dont need that) and about lockers they didnt even have (couldnt find any). Prices are higher than other gyms, odd considering they dont have as much to offer. Also, offering what you dont have rubs me the wrong way. The official cost of a day pass is $30, but if you enter a contract, the $30 goes towards it. Still, it's $30 for less equipment. Pricing, sales practices, and finding employees scare away new customers. Witnessed 4-5 people turn away while i was there. Also has long-term concerns. All it takes is 5-10 members at the same time to make the gym realistically unusable. In that sense, the high price may be justified to keep people out. But they aren't at that point yet. Might be worth checking out if you want privacy or a great view. Heard it was 24 hours, but I never got the chance to find out if that was true. That may also be worth it, if that's the case.
