About the Club

We work with middle aged business professional men and women looking to integrate physical fitness more consistently into their current lifestyles. Our primary focus is to help clients build a strong foundation for their body. With having a strong foundation in your body you’re able to move better and feel better which leads to positive long term sustainable changes such as postural alignment, weight loss, improved range of motion in the limbs, stronger core midsection and better athleticism. Your first session will begin with a movement assessment to analyze your joint mobility as well as your cardiovascular fitness. From there, a tailored program is designed to get you moving towards your goals efficiently!

I can't recommend Bradley enough! I have never been in good shape or interested in working out but Bradley has shown me new techniques that are much more enjoyable and for the first time ever I look forward to working out! I’m typically used to trainers who want me to lose weight quickly by doing 1000 jumping jacks and burpees but Bradley has shown me how weight training can be as effective and so much more enjoyable! For the first time I feel strong and that is such a nice feeling! He’s also super funny and easy to chat with and makes the time go by quickly. 10/10 definitely recommend working with Bradley! :)

As a trainer he's dedicated and committed to the overall fitness and wellness of the body. If you show up consistently he will give you the workout you need and if you follow his instructions you will definitely come away with the results you are hoping for. Btw, he will show you no mercy so come prepared to workout!

Brad is hands down the best trainer I've worked with. I can't recommend working with him enough. Our sessions are jammed packed with great personalized moves and I leave feeling more energetic than when I came in. Since starting to work with Brad I feel fitter, my clothes fit better and my energy levels are up in general. He really cares and it shows in every session. Can't say enough good things.

He's brings a positive attitude and varies the program--so it's fun and you learn a ton in the process. Brad is a patient, knowledgeable, trainer who has experience working with clients with injuries. He is proactive about recommending strategies for continued success. Highly recommended.

Brad is an amazing trainer. His programs are great and tailored to your needs. He offers a variety of workouts (Trx, kettlebell, battle ropes, rip trainer, etc) which keep the sessions interesting. But he’s more than your average trainer. I love that he’s very knowledgeable about the human body, and explains the science of the process.

Brad is the best trainer! He changed my perspective on working out and caring for my body. I went from hating to work out, and always being in pain somewhere, to being a fit and energized 50 year old woman. And I stuck to it! What was going to be a few months commitment turned into 3 years already! He is knowledgeable, down to earth, pushing just enough to not be obnoxious but more then you would do alone, and we always have a fun session. It's the best investment you can make for yourself.
