The worst. Ever since you all switch from blink to pure gym the service sucks. You can’t even get through the door because of some wack scanner. And the little light skin boy just sits there, you ask for him he acts like you’re bothering him.

What was the purpose of the switch and the door! Why can’t people walk through the door, it’s an establishment that’s offers services but i can’t get the services if i can’t get through the door!!!!!!
If all the gyms is like this with the brand I’ll be canceling and going else where. Make no sense

So sad to see the deterioration at this location. Went on a Wednesday around 4:45 pm and was greeted by the never ending construction of the new entrance pods.
The bathroom had no soap. The paper towel dispenser bins on the gym floor were empty.
I notified the only person working at the gym by the front door and she said that she was a trainer and was not even supposed to be there and that someone would be coming at 6pm to clean up. The understaff situation is sad. Puregym is cutting staff and at at the same time they are raising the monthly fees by $4. It does not make sense.
Gyms should always have staff on hand for clean up.

The staff is very polite very friendly and helpful.The gym is well maintained but one thing I have to note is sometimes the floors are saturated with tripods in walking paths.Aswell as people using 2 machines at once like I shouldn't have my workout experience haulted because someone across the gym has his stuff at two machines claiming to use both like you can only physically use one thing at a time.And sometimes there be no sprays or napkins available for wiping down equipment at times

I was in the country for a few weeks so I decided to join the nearest gym. I went in, explained my situation and signed up. I was told to fill out a cancellation form and I will have access to the gym for 45 days. I followed all instructions in the presence of the employee at the front desk. I walked away thinking everything was set. Soon, I saw gym charges showing up on my account. When I went in, I was told that there was an error on their part and there is nothing they can do. So their mistake cost me about $30 dollars. There was no apology nor attempt to make it right.

There are many positive things about this gym such as the location, the courteous staff, the variety of equipment, etc. I must however make mention of how my situation was handled.

Volume of the music playing from ceiling speakers is too loud. I can barely hear my music from my EarPods. I politely as the manager if she could turn down the volume a level or two. She said she would try. Basically she blew me off. Two days later, volume is still high.

It is not a safe place to train, there have been multiple thefts, even though the lockers have locks and the gym is not responsible for what happened. I want to cancel my registration but they charge me a lot of money to do it, I don't want to continue in a place where I don't have security

I’ve been in this gym since last summer and honestly the vibe in this gym keeps me coming back here specifically. Everyone is pretty cordial and people are respectful which how a gym should be. The staff is pretty cool and they’re respectful. All in all for a small gym the people are the ones that create the environment and the staff and the other gym members do a good job at that! Mornings are a little empty which is perfect and the place is clean.

It's cool in the morning and get your workout on it's not a lot of people it's not that big up there they don't have that many machines you can get nice work on in there it's clean for the most part only problem I have to many treadmills and not that many machines but besides that good

Of all the Blink fitness gyms in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, this has to be the best. Heck, it is the best! The evening/closing staff are beyond awesome. They are enthusiastically customer centric, and engage each person with kindness, compassion, and integrity. The gym is ok, workout space is small, I don't know if its because of the pandemic, but showers are closed off, only one sink for washing hands, the next one don't work, and only one urinal, the other one don't work, the gym is just ok, a little bit above ghetto, some workout machines are broken, but you can get in and put in a shift.

I had this one negative comment about this place simply because the young girl used to get on my freaking nerve at the front desk and honestly I haven't seen her in a while. So I decided to write another comment this time a positive one. place is clean, usually empty but now it gets crowded at night of course, people are friendly, the staff there are very polite to me. But bring your own equipment if you have to and that's everywhere cause its Covid. They're doing a great job cleaning this place and keeping everyone safe and I appreciate that.

I have been a member since the gym opened. The friendly staff, professionalism of managers , and location has kept me paying even when I am not in attendance for months. However, I am canceling my membership and will spend money where I am valued as a customer. I went into gym just to pay a bill and encountered an employee who seemed like she did not want to be bothered and was disinterested in processing my payment. I asked for a printed receipt and she snapped at me. Then when I asked her what is wrong she became combative and argumentative. She called the manager down and he started to defend her behavior even though she was yelling, punching her hands in her fist , and saying I was a liar.
Then when I asked the manager the time frame to cancel my membership without a fee he also angrily told me to go online. I will not pay any of my money to this gym to deal with the behavior that was displayed by the two employees. I am not sure if this is a reflection of the new management or decline in providing quality service to the community. Either way at this point my money will be spent elsewhere.
