I’ve been going to Blossom Yoga consistently for about a month now and I love it!! I appreciate that the studio offers a wide variety of classes— including yoga sculpt and power flow classes. The studio owner, Kaylie, is excellent and very friendly! The prices are super great (especially as a student) and I appreciate how she employs people with different teaching backgrounds/styles. I especially love taking yoga sculpt classes from Sadie and Ruby! The classes are also well-timed to work within a busy school/work schedule. Highly recommended trying this studio!

My favourite "third place" in Ithaca! The studio is always clean and calm, the classes are interesting and there's room to modify for all levels. The instructors always keep an eye on everyone and are responding in real-time to anything they see -- which is why I find it a great option whether you're an advanced/more serious practitioner, or a newcomer. I've done yoga on and off very very casually for years in other cities but this is by far the smallest (I think by design -- and they're great about offering Zoom for all sessions) and most attentive studio I've been too. Kaylie (the owner) has a way of being so concise but warm, and is the most lovely, welcoming spirit! You can feel that she and other instructors have a genuinely deep knowledge and appreciation for their practice. We did a two-month unlimited summer pass which was a great way to try everything and I'll definitely be continuing monthly (ps: you get to waive the signup fee if you come from the summer pass!).

Attending classes at Blossom in 2025 has been my first time coming back to in-person yoga with a modicum of consistency since the pandemic, and I've had such a good experience at this studio. I so appreciate how intentional Kaylie Kim is in curating and building the space and community. It feels much more welcoming and intimate than larger, more corporate-style studios.
The instruction and variety of classes offered are also top-notch.
I highly recommend trying out this studio, including if you are new to yoga or out of shape. The instructors will meet you where you are and you will meet people in the Ithaca community.
I love Blossom!

A beautiful studio to practice in while visiting Ithaca. Kaylie, the owner, is a top notch instructor. The depth of her extensive training and teaching is apparent in her thoughtful, creative and challenging power flow sequencing. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 17 years and Kaylie offered asanas and transitions that I hadn’t tried before. Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Ithaca!

I always enjoy practicing yoga at Blossom. The evening classes help me unwind (very much needed), while the morning ones give me a boost of energy and focus. Kaylie's flow and guidance have for sure improved my functional strength, balance, and overall body awareness—I can see changes even in small things like posture throughout the day. It’s become a great part of my routine. Love it!

I absolutely love this studio! The room is spacious and never feels overcrowded because they thoughtfully limit the number of participants. They offer a great variety of classes, from gentle flows to more challenging sessions, so there’s always something to match my mood and energy level!
The instructors are amazing too! they’re not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and encouraging. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, they make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality yoga experience in Ithaca! 🧘♀️✨

This really is a welcoming, instructive, and restorative studio! Last year, I started running, and before incorporating yoga in my fitness routine, I was getting injured week after week: shin splints, achilles tendinitis in both ankles, you name it. Since starting at Blossom, I feel stronger, more flexible, and injury-free (knock on wood 😅)! Kaylie did a great job of helping me build my foundation and cultivate a yoga practice that challenges me and works for my needs!

After trying all the yoga studios in Ithaca, I have to say this one is the best. Katelyn and Erica are my favorites, and for Yoga Sculpt, Sadie rocks! All the instructors are really helpful without being critical. I'm still pretty new, not that flexible, and as an old white guy, wondered if I'd fit in culturally. If you're looking for straight forward yoga without dogma and woo-woo b.s., in a clean, bright, and airy space, Blossom is your best bet!

The yoga flow classes are suitable for people who know and practice yoga for a while because the pace is faster and less cues are provided. Kaylie is a great instructor, smooth leading and fun sequences. It's a small studio but very clean and bright. Good location, and no worries for the parking. I had a great time here :)

I really love practicing at Blossom. There is a broad range of classes, including power yoga, gentle yoga, yin, bodyweight strength, and unique pop-ups every now and again. While all of the teachers have different styles, there is a common emphasis on making the practice your own. The environment at Blossom is gentle and encouraging, and I particularly love the creative sequences in the Power Blossom classes. No matter what class I take here, I always leave class feeling physically and mentally refreshed.

I have been with Blossom Yoga for over three years now, and it is the best yoga studio I have frequented. The teachers knowledgeable, devoted, and warm. The space inclusive and welcoming. Whether I want a 75-minute power class to get me started on the weekend, a 45-min intense core exercise to squeeze into my day, or a restorative slow-flow for an hour, Blossom Yoga has got it all. Kaylie has created a special community with this studio—I have brought friends and made friends here, and have learned to take better care of my mind and body here.

Blossom yoga and Kaylie have been an oasis of peace and calm in a tumultuous year for me. I started practicing yoga regularly for the first time with Kaylie last August and it has left such a positive impact on me that I will continue with yoga as an integral part of my lifestyle now.
Her practice is graceful and reaffirming despite being challenging. It leaves you sweating but so grateful for your body and for having joined the practice each time. Kaylie has a very kind and caring vibe which you can feel each time you're in her studio.
I hope you get to experience the positivity and mindfulness that practicing yoga at Blossom studio brings!

Kaylie had created a calm, intimate, and lovely space. Each instructor brings their own energies and in sights creating a great variety of classes. I’ve been attending classes through Blossom Yoga twice a week for about 8 months. There’s a regularly of the flows but there are also fun challenges and new perspectives which has helped me renew my practice.

As a long-time member of Blossom YOGA, this place has truely become my sanctuary over the years. Even though I left Ithaca 2 years ago, I still take classes here virtually. Whether in person or virtually, you're always greeted with warmth and friendliness. I love all the teachers I've met here; they each bring something special to every class.

Kaylie is such an encouraging and seasoned yogi to practice under. Her classes are not only challenging but are easy to follow along. My body feels so good after the class and says to follow. Also, the space is light, welcoming, and serene. Highly recommend this studio and Kaylie along with all the other instructors.

I love the foundation and gentle light flow classes. They are great if you are looking to get back into yoga after a break or if you are looking to slowly build strength. Both the foundation and gentle light flow classes generally have a spiritual/reflection feel, which I also really like. What I appreciate about all the classes at this studio is that the instructors all encourage you to do what feels right in your body so they are very much at your own pace.

What an unassuming gem in Ithaca. Kaylie, the owner, does a great job at creating a supportive space and is always learning new things to incorporate into her classes. This carries through to the other instructors who also embody this mindset. I've been introduced to Prana through Kaylie and Ashtanga through Susanna after they completed training somewhere to name some examples. They are all open to feedback on classes, schedule, etc. which I've witnessed several times during the 2 years I've been a member.
The weekly community class drop-in for $10 and the monthly all access pass is affordable and there's surprisingly a variety of classes (yoga flows of different levels/speeds, yoga sculpt, Yin yoga, and the occasional headstand and partner yoga classes) offered for such a small studio. I came from minimal yoga experience through YouTube videos during the pandemic and am so fortunate to have discovered this studio. This studio accepts you however you are. I got rid of my poor posture and my hiking/backpacking adventures are much more pleasant now. Highly recommend!

I love this yoga studio too! It's authentic, caring, simple, elegant, and a well-run business. The clean and spare aesthetic of the new studio in Gateway Plaza is super nice. It's got great parking and convenient pedestrian access from the Commons. The teachers genuinely love what they do, and offer a good variety of yoga options: Sculpt, Power, Foundation, & Yin. Blossom yoga is the real thing!

Love the Blossom Yoga! Kaylie Kim‘s classes allow me to explore my edge and step out of my comfort zone in a positive way. I also stumbled across her yoga and body sculpt classes and they’ve been a game changer for me - enhanced my everyday life by strengthening my core, and the muscles around my hips and shoulders. They’re a great compliment to yoga and improved my practice. And the studio space is beautiful with ample parking.

This is the best yoga studio in Ithaca. Great teachers, small classes with devoted members, affordable, and welcoming. I am always greeted by name by the teachers, and the classes are challenging but with many variations and skilled modifications. There is usually a first month deal or packages so you should definitely give it a try.

Light Blossom Yoga is so very convenient in downtown Ithaca, and the staff is simply amazing. Kaylie and the team of yoga instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is perfect for yoga. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They offer many different options of yoga and mindfulness. I have had the honor to take yoga classes from Kaylie and many of the Light Blossom Yoga instructors for years.
I have followed them with different moves and now in the new beautiful space on N. Cayuga St. If you haven't tried a class at Light Blossom Yoga, I encourage you to take a class and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to each one of you at Light Blossom Yoga. You all keep me moving in the right direction.
