I am glad to have found the Bone Gym. If you are concerned with bone health, Liz the instructor is very knowledgeable about the science behind the bioDensity program. It is a great addition to other forms of exercise and/or medication for decreasing bone loss and, I believe, increasing bone density, as studies have shown with this form of exercise. Take advantage of the first two free introductory classes that the Bone Gym offers. Liz takes her time for all questions and concerns. It's time well taken.
