At 63 years old, I had been working out most of my life and didn't think I needed a personal trainer. After some nagging injuries that did not go away and actually got worse due to my own efforts, I decided to try Bruce. The experience has been wonderful. In three months, I have seen tremendous improvement in my fitness levels and flexibility. My nagging injuries have lessened significantly. Bruce tailored workouts to what I was looking for and taught me plenty of things to do on my own. His workouts are low pressure and constantly changing. He was completely understanding when I had to reduce the frequency of my workouts due to other personal commitments. I highly recommend Bruce.

I have enjoyed exercise my entire life, before and after a serious injury, and Bruce is one of the best, if not the best, exercise authorities I have ever met. I have been with him since January '23 and I certainly wish I met him sooner. He listens, understands and communicates effectively to direct me in meeting and exceeding my goals, without him that would not have been possible.
He always has an exercise routine planned, introduces new exercises with a detailed explanation and ensures that my technique is always correct to get the most out of it and more importantly, to avoid any injuries. If something is not working, rest assured Bruce will research and come up with an alternative by the next session!

I have trained with Bruce since 2020. We started in the midst of the Covid quarantine via zoom just a few months after I underwent quadruple bipass surgery. He aided me in regaining my strength and recovery post surgery and I’ve been training with him ever since. Bruce is always mindful of his clients health conditions and wellbeing, and works to build fitness in a safe and responsible way. Now that I’m healthy again he’s aided in my achieving a great level of fitness for a 65 year old man. I have no doubt with commitment and perseverance Bruce can assist anyone with their fitness goals.

I have been working with Bruce at Boomer Fitness for 6 months and I love the results! Bruce designs workouts to slowly and gradually increase in difficulty to avoid injuries. I’ve been working with Bruce for the past 6 months and he’s been great! I’ve been dealing with an ulcer on my heel for the past 2 years and as a result, have to minimize my mobility. The effect has been debilitating for me so I started working with Bruce to help build and maintain leg and core body strength.

All I can say is that Bruce is great. He researched various exercises I can do to strengthen my legs and core without harming my heel. I feel stronger and more confident. In short, Bruce has been great and works WITH you.

I have been training with Boomer Fitness Delivered for nearly a year. I would highly Bruce to anyone of any age. He starts by getting to know your physcial situation, then begins to train and teach you step by step. First he gives a good foundation in order for you to progress as you become more fit. He is also great about teaching your things that you can also do at home. As your fitness improves, he challenges just enough for a good workout, but not too much that you feel overworked. He is also very into fitness and has done a lot of research and continues to do so. This will benefit anyone of any age, young or old. You won't find a better trainer anywhere. Finally, the gym is great as it very private so you really get focused attention.
