At Briarcliff Strength Club, our coaches are the most qualified fitness instructors in Westchester County. They will be your best resources and support for your fitness journey at Training For Warriors. Started at TFW probably a year and a half ago. What a wonderful addition to my daily routine! Not only have I lost weight, I have also built much needed muscle! As I have gotten older, it has become harder and harder, but the trainers here have taught me so much and have helped me to reach my goals! The classes are frequent, and are taught by some really great coaches. If you’re thinking about adding a workout, Do not hesitate to take a free class here!

Have been going to TFW in Briarcliff for 2 years. Susan runs the cleanest gym in town (even the bathrooms feel like a fancy hotel room), great classes, excellent trainers and cool people to work out with. I started with 10-class passes but switched to a monthly membership this year as I knew I would go as often as possible. Highly recommended.

TFW is the best! Susan and all of the coaches are so welcoming, unintimidating, and there to help you be your best self. I fell in love with weight training because of TFW and each time I finish a class, I am beyond glad that I went. As a member of a variety of gyms over the years, I can say with confidence that Training for Warriors is the best! The workouts are a perfect mix of weight training and cardio that can be scaled to any ability level. I’ve just completed my second challenge-again I’ve lost inches and gained muscle, the program works! I love this gym! The trainers are fantastic and for somebody that doesn’t love to work out every day I go in there I look at the board I think I can never do it and at the end of the hour I have done it and although sore and sweaty I feel amazing. It is spotlessly clean completely professional and the times of the classes are completely convenient for my schedule

Training for Warriors Briarcliff is a fun and encouraging environment with knowledgeable coaches. The classes are the perfect mix of strength and cardio, and the program truly works. I recently completed a one month challenge and lost 5.5 inches. I cannot recommend this gym enough!!
