Very inclusive and welcoming vibe from coaches and athletes. Great emphasis on technique and skill building. For as much as I dislike 400m runs, it’s hard to complain when you get to run right along the beautiful canal!

Joining Brickyard is the best thing I've done in a long time. Joined in February after a 2 year lull & I look forward to working out now. The members are so welcoming and have made some new fast friends. The coaches are super supportive and make sure you are doing things correctly to prevent injury. All levels welcome & there is always a way to scale the workout if you can't do something. Can't say enough! Grateful to have BCF in the community.

AMAZING WORKOUTS! Brickyard CrossFit is amazing gym with professional, dedicated, caring, incredibly friendly and extremely qualified coaches that provide quality attention and feedback to every member. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. All people are welcome, no matter the age or fitness level. They work with you where you are so that you can achieve success, feel confident, and become strong and healthy.
Every day is a new training so it's never boring. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. You will not leave disappointed!

I have been going to Brickyard for 3 months now and it is the best community I have met in Rochester. I have small children and working out with the staff and people here has been so awesome with flexibility and support they provide. The coaches help you customize the workout to your level. And I have gotten stronger, met so many amazing people, and worked out more than I have in years.

I also love that my family has joined the JCC community and all the programs they have to offer. Brickyard is an amazing place for anyone interested in a great community and an amazing workout.

Dropped in to do a workout with a friend of mine and found this gym to be a very community oriented place. Their workout was designed to be highly scalable to your individual needs and they offered several scaling options to choose from.

The warmup was unique and kind of fun. We got in a circle and each person took a turn picking a warmup movement for everyone to complete. I would caution anyone reading against picking burpees or running...this resulted in a bit of groaning from the membership.

Overall, would recommend this box for drop ins because they are prompt in replying to contacts, welcoming, and provide workouts that you can easily tailor to your level.

At Brickyard CrossFit, I have received a warm, enthusiastic and encouraging welcome from all the trainers and other athletes alike. Trainers are helping me to restore confidence in my body and in myself. I signed up, seeing the words balance, core strength, and cardio. At 71 years, I needed a program to address all three areas. I haven’t been disappointed. No matter how hard the workout, I always have fun and leave excite to share what I’ve accomplished with my partner and my grandchildren, especially my 23 year old granddaughter who took up weightlifting and inspired me to return to something I, too, love.

I am heading into my second month with Brickyard CrossFit and I really appreciate the community! The coaches are encouraging and truly want to see you grow stronger and healthier. There is no pressure to look or be a certain way since it is a judgement free-zone. What I appreciate most is the dedication to having good form. When I worked out in the gym I knew my form could be better and wanted tips. Joining Brickyard was one of the best decisions to continuing my journey to live a healthy, active life. Two months in and I already see my form getting better and my strength increasing. There's multiple options for classes that will accommodate your schedule. The four foundation classes will help you learn the basics and in no time you'll be jumping right in.

Brickyard CrossFit is a community of like-minded people. We are building strength and preserving health. Even though many of us are at different points in our fitness journey, the coaches encourage each of us to achieve our own goals- and celebrates success. I have always stayed in shape during my 62 year life but Brickyard Cross Fit has gotten me into the best physical condition of my life. The motivation that the instructors and other members have given to me has pushed me much further than I could have ever done on my own. I am building endurance, strength and muscle mass and I feel great!

In my retirement from teaching, I work part-time in a precast concrete yard and am able to move 100 pound structures using my added strength and Cross Fit techniques. I now feel like a man of 22 instead of 62! Thank you Brickyard Cross Fit for enhancing my health and introducing me to an incredible community of dedicated individuals.
