Brooklyn Fitboxing is a fun and effective training experience, where music, fitness, and technology converge to unleash healthy and engaging competition among fitboxers.
Our 47 minutes sessions combine non-contact boxing and kickboxing with high-intensity functional training for all levels, always supervised by a certified trainer.
Our unique patented technology allows real time tracking of your synchronization, power and calorie consumption during the workout, thanks to scoring system settled in each bag. Fight against yourself and others worldwide competing for the Brooklyn League and the annual Championships.

My wife and I LOVE our new routine of going to boxing classes 4 times a week. One great thing is that itās zero contact, so no need to worry about sparring. But if youāre competitive, you still get your fix thanks to the state of the art technology:
Itās like dance dance revolution with heavy bags, which are rigged to track the power of your kicks and punches, as well as your synchronization to the music. Every workout leaves us in a pool of sweat, but feeling super invigorated.
The trainers are all incredibly personable, welcoming, and really know their stuff. They help correct your form throughout each workout, and mix up the stretches and functional weight training every single class to offer a wide variety of exercises.
On top of all that, there are a range of pricing options and packages available, so the chances of finding a good balance bereeen you time and financial commitment are much higher than other gyms Iāve had memberships at.
Iām honestly just so grateful to be able to exercise and train in such a positive environment.

A fun, new take on kickboxing that keeps you engaged mentally and keeps you working steadily throughout. I just finished my first class and can't stop thinking about getting back in to beat my score! The atmosphere is friendly and Couch Lou is awesome. He's genuine with his encouragement, and somehow keeps the group smiling while kicking our asses. Functional movement between rounds provides an opportunity to catch your breath but keeps you working; a nice combination of cardio and strength. I'd recommend checking it out - they've got a great introductory deal at the moment (includes gloves and wraps) so you can try it with no risk.

Coach Lou is an incredibly inspiring, motivating, and patient instructor. He balances his tough workouts with humor and encouragement. On days where I am just not motivated, I know that all I need to do is show up and he will get me motivated! :) Mike is a great guy who also trains like a maniac. He is invested in his business and is always happy to answer my questions or offer advice on training and eating. He also has two cute dogs which he will let you pet if you turn over on your kicks.
