I have been going to Buffalo Health & Fitness for about 6 weeks now for a calf / hamstring issue and could not be more satisfied with the combination of physical therapy and strength training I’m receiving. Dana Robbins is extremely knowledgeable - in fact she is the one who diagnosed my tricky nerve issue. Dana is very pleasant while being the appropriate level of task master. She is also very thorough at explaining things - in my case the nerves in the leg and muscle interactions. Within 2 weeks Dana had my calf muscle properly contracting and a material decrease in my pain level. While we are still working through the rehab, I am 100% confident Dana will get me through this!! I highly recommend Buffalo Health & Fitness and Dana.

I've been receiving strengthening sessions with Dana for several weeks and couldn't be happier with the results. Her knowledge, insight, patience and customer service skills are beyond impressive! With knee, hip, neck and back issues, I’m hoping to avoid more surgeries, live my best life and now feel I have a very good chance! I’m super glad to have found Dana and BHF!

An amazing spot for spin, pilates, dance, or 1:1 strengthening! Dr. Dana and all the instructors are personable and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. I have been 2-3 times a week and have loved every class! Great music, great company and a great workout - couldn't ask for anything more!

My fiancé and I attended a spin class and it was wonderful! Excellent music that I loved and it was a great workout. 45 mins is a perfect amount of time for a spin class, not too short, not too long. I definitely recommend Buffalo Health and Fitness for workout classes :)

Absolutely the best spin class I have ever taken with an amazing instructor!! I love how BHF really focuses on individual needs and overall health and fitness- being mindful of where each person is at within their fitness journey. The studio is clean, organized, and easy to find/ good parking. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in working out or who may have questions about their personal fitness- Dana is very knowledgeable and always willing to help!
