I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but when it comes to my children, I believe itβs important to speak up.
**Iβve updated my review to correct an error. I had originally stated that we paid $350, but that was actually the cost of the program we had initially planned to purchase. Since coaching wasnβt available, that option wasnβt possible, and we were only charged $100. I want to make sure I provide accurate information and not spread anything misleading.**
The complex knowing there were not enough players to form a full team, still accepted payment and this resulted as a revolving door of inconsistent player attendance. At one point, we were even told we would have to forfeit a game due to having only four players, though the coach thankfully advocated for the kids to still play.
**In response to the ownerβs reply below, I would have preferred to invest my money in a facility that values communication especially regarding a lack of players and one that offers consistency. To then criticize me for not communicating my feelings directly is both comical and hypocritical. **
Another major issue was the behavior allowed within the complex. I witnessed parents loudly confronting referees over calls, children showing disrespect to officials, and, most concerning, coaches making inappropriate comments about opposing players. This is especially troubling considering these are children who are still learning the game and developing their character.
One example that stood out was a coach from the Ball Forever 5th/6th grade team, who displayed unprofessional conduct during games running up and down the sidelines, shouting in frustration, swearing, and, at times, appearing to mock opposing players. This kind of behavior from adults sets a poor example for young athletes.
**another reply to owner below: kind of difficult to focus on my sonβs coach/team only while behavior as such is being displayedβ¦.**
We enrolled our son with the hope that he would gain skills, guidance, and positive experiences through basketball. Instead, what he witnessed was a level of negativity and unsportsmanlike conduct that does not align with the values we teach at home.
While this review may not lead to immediate change, I hope it encourages other parents to be mindful of the environment their children are exposed to. We will not be returning next season and will seek a program that prioritizes respect, sportsmanship, and player development. Our kids deserve better both in how they are taught to play the game and how they are taught to treat others.

Bulldogs games are a great time and make for a fun watch!
Came here with a friend to watch a basketball game, and I didn't know this venue even existed until that invite! This is a really nice arena and it made for a really fun night watching a local team crush the competition! GREAT option for bringing the kids!

Awesome venue but uses its status to take advantage of those who have kids that like to play. The parking lot is disgustingly terrible to drive thru. They charge a huge amount of money for schools to compete there. Then have the balls to charge the parents 2$ each to come in.

Love the facility, parking lot is abysmal. Have you ever seen pictures of WWII era London, where the shell holes in the streets are large enough to swallow entire cars? It's like that, but worse.

We came to watch our niece play a basketball game. We paid two dollars per person to get in. It was clean and bright, with plenty of seating.

I am a new pickleball player. Due to weather, we must play indoors for the winter. Bulldogs is accommodating and very inexpensive. The staff sets the nets up and provides the balls. It's a regular for my group of players.

My son tried out for the 6th grade BOYS BINGHAMTON BULLDOGS AAU team in February. We paid the 20 dollar tryout fee. He was notified that he had made the TEAM. We paid the player fee of $500.00. We were in contact with the owner, even spoke with him on the phone about our son's excitement. Shortly after that we were notified that there were not enough players to have a team this season. HOWEVER this weekend I was at the March Madness SYRACUSE SELECT tournament in Syracuse and the BINGHAMTON BULLDOGS in fact did have 6th grade team playing in it. They claim your child is trying out but they already have a team created before you even tryout.

They have a bit more. Work to do on it. The courts look nice. The staff is certainly friendly. It just seems that they are not quite done with the space for spectators and some other areas.
