Candace's retreat provided an authentic surrounding and enabled me to be fully present. Morning yoga alleviated racing thoughts and fostered a healthy passage to nurturing conversations and rock painting. The closing yoga session affirmed the inner strength I gained from the retreat, both emotionally and physically.

I had never heard of Restorative Yoga before I found Candace's studio practice. It is the best and most valuable class I have ever been to. If you feel like you need some pieces put back together in your life, much needed time for yourself or would like to explore some life coaching, you will never regret this class and getting to know Candace and this practice!

I was in town for the week for work and was looking for a place to practice yoga. I ran across Candace's website and thought it would be a great place to try. Although the practice was different than what I have done in the past, it was a great experience as I had never been to a serenity yoga class. She is so welcoming and good at what she does I left her class extremely energized and relaxed. My only regret is that I may not get back there to experience one of her classes again in the near future due to my work schedule.

Attending Candace’s yoga class is a gift I give to myself. I can feel the day’s tensions and worries slip away as she leads us through a practice that turns our focus inward. I am learning to pay attention to my bodies signals and make adjustments to find that release. I leave Candace’s yoga class with a feeling of inner peace I don’t find anywhere else.

Candace is so welcoming to newcomers. You feel as though you belong there as soon as you get there. The restorative Yoga is wonderful relaxing poses and reassuring readings that leave you feeling amazing.
