We stayed at best western, this is right inside the hotel. Reservations needed for swimming call days ahead of time to get a time slot.

We take our kids here to go swimming in the winter months. $7 a person. You get access to the pool, hot tub and sauna. Great place to get out and relax for awhile.

Been a member, off and on, for over 20 years. Always fresh towels and pleasant persons working the counter. Can't beat the membership price when you consider the sauna and pool included.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. It is by far the friendliest and most extensive fitness center and spa center in the entire Oswego, NY area. I absolutely loved it. I recommend this place to all those that are looking for a great place to work out and also enjoy a nice spa. The staff is wonderful, and the place is so clean! My only issue is that because it is in a Hotel, there are children there sometimes, and on weekends there are birthday parties for children, and that makes it horrible for members who want some peace and quite and some space in the pool. If they limited the amount of children allowed in spa area that might make it more tolerable or maybe not. Children are so loud and parents are not very attentive. Other than that I enjoy using it on hours when it is quite throughout the week. It truly is the best fitness/spa available in this area. Management is also very friendly, and treats everyone equally. Very positive feeling there overall.:-)
