It was my first time doing a class that wasn’t stretch/yoga/pilates focused and I was very intimidated. However, Rebecca did a great job of balancing constructive criticism and help with letting me try things out on my own so I don’t feel insecure. This class really kicked my ass but I feel so accomplished, energized, and strong after! Would definitely come here regularly if I lived in the area :)

If you’re looking for a fitness class that is challenging, fun and rewarding, you must try Tribefit at Carpe Diem. I’ve taken a lot of HIIT/crossfit style classes at different studios in the US and this is easily my favorite class and favorite studio. Rebeca is amazing - she’s knowledgeable and makes certain that everyone is performing the movements correctly, she has high expectations for her clients but she appropriately pushes them to challenge themselves and she fosters a welcoming environment where people of all ages/with all fitness levels can do the same workout and each feel so accomplished at the end of the class. Each class is different but within the week the same movements are used which is helpful so you have more opportunities to practice them/increase the weight/etc. Everyone is friendly and the energy during class is happy and uplifting. Definitely try a CD class if you’re looking for a challenging and fun workout in a non-intimidating environment.

I've been going to Tribe since 2019. I've worked out (run, yoga, pilates, spinning, etc) my entire adult life and this work out is outstanding. Rebeca and her coaches are top notch! My body and mind are stronger because of Carpe Diem. Plus it's fun!

There is no better gym or instructors than at Carpe Diem Fitness. Rebeca goes above and beyond for all of her clients and challenges you to work at your maximum level while being safe and listening to your body. I have been working out with Rebeca for over 10 years now and I would follow her anywhere-she truly cares for every person that walks through the gym door. I’ve been working out with Rebeca since 2017. I started with the 6 am Tribe Fit class. I was out of shape and not a morning person (well, we are still working on that). I had tried exercising on my own, and other classes, but nothing stuck. I will never forget my “Beatle” breakdown, Coach Rebeca’s patience while she broke it down time & time again for me, and how amazing the feeling was when I finally nailed it. Beatles are now one of my favorite exercises. Since the beginning of my fitness journey, I have learned that I need exercise not only for a great booty but for my mind, body, and soul. I am a better person because of Tribe, and it’s the best way to start the day.
Carpe Diem has a schedule that can accommodate anyone. They are always adding new movements and classes. I can’t wait to try their latest addition – Synergy, next week. I am fortunate to see all the coaches throughout the week. Each one has a different vibe and playlist, keeping things interesting. Rebeca means business, and she pushes boundaries you didn’t know you had. Ivette is encouraging, inspiring, and the sweetest. Oscar, oh Oscar, always provides a great workout, plus a comedy show. While they all have their own ways, one thing they have in common is they will be your biggest fans and make you believe anything is possible.
Sometimes, I fall off the gym wagon, and it can be hard to get back into the routine, but when I do, I am greeted with the smiling (/sleepy, I now go to 5 am) faces of my coaches, my teammates, my TRIBE & I am immediately reminded of why I NEED to be there.
So, with all that said, if you’re thinking about joining, don’t, just do it! Every passing moment is an opportunity to change your life.

Everything about Carpe Diem Fitness is amazing!! All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and take extra care to make sure all exercises are done properly. The classes are small so you receive personalized instruction even though you are in a group setting. Everyone is supportive and friendly. It's by far the best fitness studio in the Hamptons!

This is the best gym in the Hamptons!!! Super clean . Rebeca, Oscar and Megan are amazing. I know Rebeca for 10 years and she is the best trainer you can have. I started going to the 5am sessions at Carpe Diem Fitness last year over the summer and I loved every moment of it! I had the pleasure of being coached by all the coaches and each coach was extremely professional and inspiring. Sometimes, I would go to the classes at Carpe Diem twice in one day because the workouts were so much fun and the other members that came were so nice. Most importantly, it didn’t matter what fitness level you were at because no matter what, you were guaranteed an awesome workout with any one of these coaches and that’s how I felt every session. Carpe Diem is the best workout experience I have ever had. Rebeca is an amazing coach with an uncanny ability to make each client feel like they are getting a workout personalized to their specific needs. She knows when to push you and when to adapt an exercise to your current level. The gym is spotless, the energy is friendly and 100% positive, and the workouts are the most fun you will ever have while working your butt off. And the results are what makes it all worth it. I’m in better shape in my 50s than I was in my 20s. The key is the team atmosphere, the positive, supportive energy and the consistency. Your class becomes a team, and your team becomes like family.

Carpe Diem has the magical combination of the perfect workout and even better instructors. Classes are in a small group setting that are friendly and non-intimidating.
