My advice as far as the gym portion of this business is concerned would be to not start a 24/7 gym membership with them, if you actually intend on using it after hours.

I switched to this gym, because they offered a 24 hour membership, last Thursday afternoon. (It’s Monday evening at the time of writing this). Upon sign up I was given a key fob (that I had to ask for) by the person who started the membership. I came back that night around 11, and the key fob didn’t work. I called the next day and (I assume) spoke with the same young man who started the membership. I explained to him it didn’t work and he seemed perplexed. Upon request, he said I could come get another one. I went back again around 11 that night and yet again, the new fob didn’t work. I called again the next day and spoke to somebody different who finally informed me that THOSE key fobs are ONLY for business hours!! They also let me know the person who issues the 24 hour fob won’t be in until Monday. Not ideal but what am I to do? I, again, left my number to be contacted Monday. By almost 3pm Monday I hadn’t heard anything so I called myself. The woman I spoke with said she would have the 24 hour fob ready at the front desk and I could pick it up anytime before closing at 9pm. I arrived around 730, and the key fob had not been left!!! (She told me Melissa still hadn’t come in to do it) all-in-all at this point, I not only have been unable to use a membership I’ve been paying for for the better half of a week, but I’ve also wasted around an hour of gas and time going there for nothing repeatedly.
After I left empty handed the last time I found an email contact form on Google.. I filled it out and with in a half hour this is the response I received (pictured below updated to add additional response.) I don’t appreciate the overall tone of the response, it’s not my fault that the staff is neither trained in how the key fobs work, and that they didn’t pass along my number the 4x I left it. It’s really not that ridiculous of me to want to use the 24/7 portion of the membership, that I paid extra for access to. And to give me an attitude on top of that is actually mind blowing. This entire situation was wildly preventable and I genuinely hope the owners or whoever is above Melissa knows how she is handling customers who have had less than great experiences.

While yes it has activities for kids which is great my biggest issue over the last few years with this place is how they schedule Birthday parties. It's the dumbest thing in the world to schedule different parties back to back without any buffer time in between. Most folks want to setup some stuff before their guests get there, but instead you show up to be met with another party in the area you also are supposed to be using. Is it really that hard to put a half a hour spacing between all parties? That way the one has 15 min to clean up and the next has 15 to set up. Today I took ny kid there and we walked Into another party as that's where I was directed to go per the front desk. As I was picking up my kid the same situation another party was already there waiting to get I. the room that these folks have also paid for Like seriously is it that hard to properly manage 2 hr time blocks? apparently so

Great place for a young kinds birthday party! Have had 2 there and there is plenty to keep the kids occupied during their time. Best off season birthday place in the Auburn area. Clean and reasonably priced. No complaints or concerns at all.

My grandson had his birthday party here we were told we were the first party of the day and low and behold not true the lady at the front desk was very rude it’s a great place for kids to play for sure but having been lied to and had to wait to get into the room party was 12 to 2 and not impressed with having to wait beyond our time for the party room would not do this again would recommend somewhere else

Had a birthday party there today that was originally booked through an outside company using Champions as the host location. The outside company cancelled on us when people were already arriving! The staff at Champions went above and beyond to help us still have a successful birthday party. We were so thankful for their help and last minute changes. I would definitely recommend them as a birthday party location!

Since covid, a lot of the kid's favorite things to play with like the bounce house & various shaped padded blocks and mats are no longer available. It also has a feet smell now. We had our daughters birthday at champions. The gentleman that was supposed to be there to supervise the kids and let us know when we were allowed to get into the room failed miserably. While the kids were playing our party attendant went out to his car. When our pizza arrived I asked the front desk where we should be and she was surprised that the attendant didn't tell us we could have gone in before that. We had no time to decorate and instead of telling us our time was almost up they came in exactly at 330 and said "the cleaners are going to be coming in. You were supposed to be out at 330" in front of the entire party. They didn't even have the decency to pull us aside and say something. We won't have another party here, we we're very disappointed.

Went to a friend's daughter's birthday party and they had a 2 hour time slot to have the party, but they could not set up until an hour into the time slot because another party was in the room. While the kids were playing, the adults were left sitting in the lobby waiting and watching the kids. With 1 hour left, set up, food, cake, and presents were rushed. I have no idea how anyone could have a fun child's party with 1 hour left. Would not recommend the place and advise anyone who wants a birthday party for there child to go somewhere's else.

Champions For Life Sports Center is a Catholic Based Organization. They offer many different sports to the general public for a low annual, monthly or per day fee. From 24 Hour Fitness Access to Tennis on any one of their 3 Indoor Tennis Courts, Soccer, Lacrosse, and even Gymnastics. All done in a large Climate Controlled Building or Outdoors at Everest Park On North Road (County Route 72B) In Owasco. Champions For Life Sports Center does more than sports. They also work with disabled children and their families. There should be a Champions For Life In Every City!

We've only ever used the gymnastics room, but we had so much fun! It was great bouncing around on everything and letting the kids burn all of their energy.

Update: Going from 5 to 3 stars. Never hosting a birthday party there again. They tell you one thing and do another. It's crowded with 4 other parties at the same time, and you only get a room for 45 minutes to do cake and presents or anything else. No time for decorations or anything. Our experience was not good.

Fun place for kids parties, but they really need to do something about that stank. You can spend an hour in there and your nose still doesn't learn to ignore it, or to ever quite forget it. Imagine sitting in a tent made out of sweaty running shoes and old dirty gym bags, then make it oppressively humid, and you'll start to get a sense for the experience.
