Highly recommend. Chris uses best practices from nutrition and weight loss science to guide his approach to coaching. I needed and wanted a lifestyle change that was fairly low maintenance and that incorporated resistance training, and he has been great for this. If you have a question, Chris always has a knowledgeable answer and can provide links and resources for additional information, if interested. I've learned a lot from Chris and am still learning. He has a lot of expertise in exercise, nutrition, and weight loss, and he is kind, patient, nonjudgemental, and always encouraging! Highly recommend.

Chris is an amazing trainer who not only promotes positive nutrition and fitness, but your overall well-being. He also explains nutrition and fitness in a way that is understandable and relatable. For me, it's no longer a daunting task to eat healthier meals and complete my workouts.
He works to meet you where you're currently at in your fitness journey but also pushes you to step out of your comfort zone when it comes to achieving your goals.
In between weekly check-ins, Chris also keeps an open line of communication to address any concerns or questions relating to your fitness goals.

Chris is a great trainer. I am a mother of a three-year-old, and I started working out with Chris to get my body back.
I have had three sessions with him, and the training has been excellent. I can already feel the changes in my body and the progress I am making. He has taught me so much food knowledge and has given me a positive attitude. Chris pushes me to the limit during training, but he does it calmly, and I like that. Can't wait to work out with him more.

Update: 12/17/2022
I am still working out with Chris. I am proud of myself for holding 45 pounds for a dumbbell squat. (I had never held dumbbells before.). I have also started eating more fruit and feel better about myself than before. He is always on time and tells me what I'm training for and how I should be training. I also enjoy working out with him because he pushes me and takes me to the next level in a very calm and rational way. I am so glad I found Chris as my trainer.

Chris is an amazing trainer who is really able to fine tune a fitness program to whatever your needs are. Even though I saw a lot online about how he was great for weight loss, he is just as great at helping gain weight as well (in a good way)!
Through meal plans and workout routines that target muscles you might not have ever felt worked out before, you will see results quickly as you build towards a longer term life style change! I couldn't be happier with my fitness journey with Chris, and if you are even thinking about scheduling a session, I highly recommend just taking the jump and beginning with him today - he's seriously the best.

Chris is truly the best! This is my first time working with a personal trainer and it's been amazing. We meet 3 times a week and he's been super helpful keeping me on track and working towards my goals while being mindful of my limitations due to a previous car crash. this is the person you go to WHEN YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT WANTING RESULTS. Chris knows exactly what he is doing and talking about and is very kind and even funny and jus a pleasure to work out with. he pushes you but while making sure you don't over extend yourself and get hurt. he knows proper form and will have you do everything the right way so you don't have to worry about knowing how. you'll see results so long as your mindset is right bc when it is, you will be consistent. Chris is a realistic trainer that can help you to achieve REAL ATTAINABLE GOALS and you won't regret working with him. he has a lot of experience in fitness and has all the knowledge you need to attain the more fit version of yourself. i should know, we first started working out together back in 2013-14. this is the only review you need to read of his. now stop wasting your time and go meet him at the gym.

Chris is a PT who meets you at your fitness level. He sets real expectations and really emphasizes the whole equation to a healthy lifestyle and sculpture body. In my case he made it clear that exercising is part of the equation and that dietary changes must take place if I want to see progress. Also he is not a mind reader so you have to tell him what your short and long terms goals are so that he can plan a workout routine and nice healthy meals.

How do you rate a good pt? The results. Once I hit my target weight loss, I reset my goal and kept going.

Working with personal trainer Chris has been nothing but life changing. I am someone who has struggle losing weight and has also tried different personal trainers before Chris but none of them were able to help me reach my goals. Chris was attentive and created a program specifically for me and my hectic schedule. Towards the end of the program I went from 178 to 150, size 10, 12 jeans to a 4,6 jeans. My training experience with Chris has been extremely wonderful. This was my first time hiring a personal trainer so I was a bit nervous. Chris was kind from the time I walked in. Chris showed me how to not just exercise properly but to pay attention to my body. What I really enjoyed is his intense sessions and his help with nutrition. Chris showed me what I should be eating to see result but also that it’s okay to treat myself once in a while In moderation. I’ve lost 20 lbs abs and can now see my abs. My goal is to get gain muscle. Chris did a great job tailoring specific training plans to my needs and making sure the training routines never repeat! I have only been training with him for a month, but I already see myself getting stronger and healthier. The weights I can lift are steadily increasing and I can run 1 mile on a treadmill in under 10 minutes. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He notices small signs during my work out and makes sure I don't injure myself.
