Had a great time with Frank with my 3 month membership. He was the only one that pushed you to your limits. I love that energy he gives. For the others you don’t get that same energy. One woman is just on her phone the whole time and not really pushing you at all. But otherwise I was very happy with my results and dedication for these classes. 👍🏼👏🏽

I am.one person who you couldn't pay me to get off my couch. Cko kickboxing is in the shopping complex where I work and I made sure to go in and take their classes. The staff is nice and the workouts are great. They let you go at your pace and I feel the adrenaline rush. They motivate you to your full potential.

This location has been nothing but trouble my wife and I have called at least once a week for the last 8 months to cancel our membership because we relocated to a different state ... no one will answer the phone or they would say u have to speak to this one or that one .. $69.00 times 8 months they can do the math but I will leave horrible reviews over every media site until someone finds a way to contact us or point us in the right direction to cancel and get my 8 months worth of money back
