Had a dual membership to this location and the briarcliff one. Overpriced considering several pieces of equipment rusty or outdated, app also barely works. They did away with the rewards system now too, I expressed these concerns and stated that I’d like to cancel my membership being that I feel like the cons outweigh the pros at this point. Very bad customer service at front desk. For two days, I called numerous of times to put my account on hold since I’m going away on vacation I walked in a girl in the front desk Said oh, you can do it online which I’ve been trying to do it for two days since the other curly hair young gentleman told me the same, I Asked to see somebody to talk to she lies Told me no one is here. She ignores me starts talking with another lady for ten minutes while I’m standing there and she knows that i needed her help. While standing there getting frustrated waiting another lovely lady i guess a management walk asked how can I help you? I explain that I want to put My account and hold since I’m going away with my family, she confronted her She saw that she lied then she said here you can do it here while the manager lady kept looking. At that time I got pissed didn’t want to argue with female I just Cancelled my whole family membership. What pissed me more off while I’m walking out pissed off that I just closed my whole account because of her she goes have a good night with that fake smile. It’s fine I take my business elsewhere.

Would not recommend enrolling your child into their summer camp. Had an incident where there was a misunderstanding about something my sister had done but no counselors were present to say whether or not that happened. Went to drop off goggles a different day and they left my sister unattended outside and when asking multiple counselors why she was unattended no one could give us an answer they kept saying they don’t know.

While the tennis courts and community here are great, my boyfriend has become increasingly frustrated with the fact that he is unable to utilize the basketball courts. They are always being occupied for unrelated purposes. A big reason he has a membership here is FOR the basketball courts specifically. A new booking system and more availability for members and scheduling time on the courts would lead me to leaving a better review. While I do love this gym and being a member, I cannot stand the misuse of the basketball courts and how underutilized some of the other spaces in the facility are. I get it, there are kids camps and there are basketball camps. However, one of the main reasons I signed up for this club is to use the basketball court but everytime I go, half of the court is being used to run a basketball camp that seems to run all day and then the other half of the gym is for a kids camp where they play soccer and softball. My question is, why can’t the tennis courts or the kids basketball court be used for their camp? Often times the children’s basketball court is never being used and it’s mind boggling to me why it’s not being utilized FOR A KIDS CAMP. I emailed the manager about this and unfortunately there was no response or resolution so I have to leave this review. Club fit, please do better utilizing the spaces and making it fair for everyone, including people like me who just want to go play basketball but can’t because of non-basketball related activities happening constantly throughout the day on a basketball court.

I was going to sign up after trying the gym but apparantly they don't take kindly to new people.

I'm actually an ex member from a few years ago and wanted to see how the gym was doing as I was considering switching gyms and I made that clear. I asked to buy a guest pass and was told that a another member must be present with me if I want to buy a guest pass for the day. I'm 33 years old not a bratty kid in middle school. Why do I need another member to be with me?
When you guys are wondering why the gym is going under look back at this and see why. I'll take my business elsewhere. It's an overpriced gym for the extra wealthy anyway, they don't want my dirty peasant dollars.

The facility is ok besides the price being a little high, and the staff is good, the only complaint I have is that some people go into the sauna dressed in their street clothes including sneakers, I think that is disgusting and should not be allowed, also when you try to relax in the hot tub, the noise from the pool swimmers and the teacher is so loud.
Also, the signs to follow the rules should be larger so the members can read them and hopefully follow them, for example, to take a shower before entering the swimming pool or the hot tub, and no sneakers in the sauna.

I was very disappointed with Club Fit. They teach lessons in both pools constantly and the swim team takes up the lap pool for the entire evening. I also tried to call to cancel my membership three days before the month was over and told I would have had to call the day before to avoid paying for another month. This gym is just not worth $150 a month. There are other gyms in the area that have opened up facilities with pools, saunas, etc. for a fraction of the cost of Club Fit. I don’t see Club Fit’s business model working over time as new gyms move in and they charge 5x more for a half decent club where the average member is 77 years old.

Literally the best gym and worth every penny especially if you have little ones. I was a member years ago and recently rejoined a year ago since they offer the free nursery and it is LIFE CHANGING. Courtney in membership is the sweetest and so informative. Everyone in the nursery is so so great with kids. It’s so nice to have 2 hours a day to do fitness classes, yoga, workout, or as a mom even just take a peaceful shower ! They have so much equipment that’s well kept, place is super clean, 10/10 can’t say enough things ! Yoga instructors are the sweetest! They even come around with sanitation machines to spray down the mats after classes with sanitizer. They offer so many options it’s definitely worth the money for everything they offer! Especially the sauna and steam room!

The only reason I am giving a one star is because of a racist at the front desk. I don’t know her name but there have been a few times my family and I walking into the gym (we are hispanic) and are greeted with this one employee laughing at us in our faces and giving us looks. The second time she ever saw us she literally said and I quote, “Oh my god” and started to laugh. I don’t think this is a coincidence based on the fact she literally looked my whole family up and down and made a nasty face the first time she ever saw us. She didn’t stop looking at us until we left the front area, which we were in for a while because it was our first time going since the pandemic started and we weren’t sure what to do. Now every time we walk in and she sees us she turns around, completely ignores us and starts laughing. I think this is very rude of her to do because she doesn’t do that to any of the other people that walk in. Everything else is pretty good though and there are good/friendly employees.
