What an amazing place! Jen, the owner is amazing-she really knows her stuff! The EMS training and personal training is so good- 1:1 boutique fitness you can’t get anywhere else. Recently started training with Alyssa and she is also top notch! Highly recommend trying this place.

So grateful we found Jenn and Creating Balance when my husband and I realized habits we’d picked up during the first year of Covid were heavily impacting our physical and mental health in negative ways. I started training with Jenn 2 years ago. She introduced me to EMS which is a total body workout in just 20 minutes wearing a suit that activates all of your muscle groups. It sounded too good to be true but after my first session I was hooked. Besides EMS I also do personal training. I really look forward to my sessions. It’s so nice to work out with a trainer who is so relatable, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend her for any of your fitness or nutritional goals.

I found Jenn about a month or so before my wedding with the intention of losing those last few pounds and tone up. She exceeded all expectations. Not only did I lose about 10 pounds by following her plan, I found someone who just gets it. She has kids, knows the stress of everyday life and she was so easy to talk to. She will push you to succeed and if you struggle she’ll work with you to make the plan work for you. I am very grateful I found Jenn when I did.

Had a class scheduled. Drove 25 minutes there.. and waited outside for another 20 minutes only for the class to be cancelled. She didn't even have the common courtesy to text me and let me know. I get things come up, but my time is also valuable. Would never go back. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

I found Jennifer after a total hip replacement, when I knew I needed help to get back to a better fitness level. Initally I was interested in the EMS machine, which Jennifer got me started on, and I enjoyed success with getting my muscles moving again. That was one day a week for 20 minutes! Jennifer encouraged me to add in two 30 minute training sessions per week, which she tailors to my needs- every week is different and focused on my specific physical and energetic needs. It's amazing how much progress I have made in the past 6 months along with gaining the confidence that Jennifer has instilled to help me to recover my balance and try new and more difficult activities. My only regret is that I should have started this years ago!

I started working out with Jenn about six years ago during my first year as an empty nester. Beginning with once a week sessions, then twice a week and now three times a week, I know I owe a great deal of my good health, strength and stamina to Jenn. Through the years, Jenn has always been in tune with wherever I am in my health, the stressors at work and home that come and go and come on again, even my mood. It amazes me how she takes in my overall plan with how I am feeling in the moment and constructs the perfect workout for me every time. She is absolutely worth it. My husband agrees! :)

Having worked in the fitness industry for decades, Ive been fortunate to have worked with the cream of the crop... instructors and personal trainers. I’ve always considered myself a “fitness maniac” if you will, but I somehow lost myself in the throws of Covid-19 shutdown when gyms closed, and found myself along with countless others out of a job.

After a year and a half of sporadic running, strength training, and a run on the treadmill here and there, I knew it was time to get back in the groove of my usual 6 days a week, but it wasn’t happening. I meet one on one with Jennifer for strength training sessions and follow a meal plan that she personalized for me. My energy is back! My body is responding to training and diet! My mood has improved and I’m feeling like ME again!
