This gym is really amazing! Everyone is close and always supporting one another.

After going to that $hithole Crossfit Coram and having to deal with a bunch of Dbags there, I managed to find a great Groupon and try out Crossfit Transcend.

This place was awesome. I bumped into the gym owner and not only is he jacked and a respectful gentleman, but he isn't screaming "F##K" every set. This dude Stefan was a little sassy but reminded me of my older brother and the women here were supportive and chill.

I don't like crossfit too much, but I have to say I'll recommend Transcend from now on.

I was always super skeptical about Crossfit. My boyfriend did it for years and I thought he was crazy! I tried many different workout programs, gyms, classes, personal trainers, with little success. Then, I was introduced to crossfit. The trainers are super passionate about showing you results. Devin created a meal plan for me that works with my busy work schedule. I now attend crossfit 3-5 times a week, seeing amazing results, feeling great and having fun working out. I highly recommend Crossfit Transcend to anyone. Once you try it, you will not be able to quit!

Why do I Crossfit?

I came up with the idea to try out Crossfit after gym boredom officially set in. I was beginning to dread going each day. In three years, I never made one friend or acquaintance there. It was never a requirement for me to know people or have friends around me when working out and it is only now, looking back, that I realize what I was missing out on. I tried the group exercise classes at the gym and I wasn’t thrilled with it. Classes were always jammed with people and there was no space to move. I moved on to a 10-week kickboxing boot camp and found myself nothing more than a number. In the 10 weeks that I participated in the program, the instructor never once asked me for my name. Desperate for a change and something engaging, Crossfit came into my life at just the right time.
I knew very little about Crossfit other than a few things that I read online. I had never lifted a real barbell before and had no idea if I even could. I just knew that my goals were to increase my strength and fitness level and that that had to be a better way.

Why do I Crossfit TRANSCEND?

There are plenty of Crossfit gyms out there but I think you would be hard pressed to find one like Crossfit Transcend. From the very first day that I walked in the door, I knew this was something different. The coaches asked for my name immediately and even remembered it later as they cheered me on through my first workout. I can’t express why such a small gesture was such a big deal to me but it was and I never forgot it. There are three main reasons why I Crossfit Transcend: The coaches, the support, and the clientele. Over the last 10 months, I have achieved fitness goals that I never thought were possible when I first started. Coaches Devin and Danna provide guidance, advice, and encouragement every step of the way. They help me manage my WOD (Workout of the Day) anxiety on a daily basis, provide a wealth of knowledge on technique and fitness, and are my number 1 supporters. They will be yours too!!! They will push you just out of your comfort zone and help you achieve goals you never imagined. The Crossfit Transcend community is like a family. We support each other through every workout and I look forward to seeing them each day. It feels amazing to be part of such a special team. I urge you give Crossfit Transcend a try. There is a different workout every day so it’s impossible to get bored. Get ready to work hard, have fun, and accomplish goals that seemed nothing more than a dream. Can’t wait to see you there!

Crossfit Transcend is a fantastic community to be a part of. I have been going for just about a year and the changes I have seen and feel are like night and day. The coaches take time and treat each member with care and encourage you to push yourself to be the best you can be. I enjoy all the opportunities of a varied training regiment with fun and challenging work outs that cater to an all around athletic experience. If you are looking to change yourself in a positive way, gain confidence or just trying to get into shape, Devin and his team are the best that I can recommend. Transcend is a phenomenal community who support each other and work to improve each other each and every workout. There are classes for every level and specifically designed programs for every athlete of all tiers. If you are serious about seeing some awesome health benefits sooner than later, I couldn't recommend anything with more reverence and sincerity than Crossfit Transcend.

CrossFit Transcend is definitely one of the TOP GYMS in my book. Not to many gyms take into consideration that different people have different levels of fitness. Im happy to say I been apart of this gym for over 2 years now and have seen changes in ALL the people that have walked through the doors including myself.
