Best kept secret in Cuse. Hip-Hop blasting in your chest. Trainers are former SU football players, and College Lax stars. They fix your technique and keep you accountable. Recently Hyrox Certified. Highly Recommend.

This gym is great! Highly recommend! Since coming to Delta Iβve lost 10lbs and just over 2% body fat in just under 3mos. Workouts are tough but well balanced and the trainers always fix your form or challenge you to keep working hard!
