I’m so happy my friend introduced me to ESP in Cedarhurst. I love the vibe of the place. It so pretty and clean. I feel great after every class and look forward to my next one. So far I’ve only taken Sarah’s class which I love so much!

Having never done Pilates before I am a real beginner and ESPilates has made it such a pleasant and user friendly learning experience. I look forward to every session. Each instructor has been so patient and helpful and studio is beautiful and clean. A great way to start my day!!
